super friendly staff, took my friends and i in when being followed by a man on drugs and called security for us. extremely appreciative of their kindness (they also sold us uggs 2 months ago and we’ve been back every couple weeks since)

Went with a friend to pick something up and I ended up trying on some cute Hey Dudes! And buying myself a pair! Got the adult size in this cute print!

I enjoyed my visit. I just think it was hilarious, when they were trying to sell stuff I didn't need or care for. Overall, I like their energy and attentiveness. Will most definitely visit again and will definitely enjoy the extra stuff they try to sale me. (Which I will not buy)

I purchased a gift for my brother's birthday here. They have incredibly friendly staff who were willing to help me locate a particular item. Unfortunately, this store didn't have it, but they called another store and made sure that it could be held for me. I was pleased with their service and kindness.

Unique selection of name brand shoes, staff was friendly and they had all the shoes I wanted to try on in stock in my size.

First time in this particular store today. The wife wanted a pair of Doc Martens. They had her size in the back and the staff was helpful and friendly. They carry Addias, Converse, New Balance, Timberland, Docs, Filas, and maybe a couple other brands i didn't see.

Shout out to Becca for amazing customer service...not only did she go above and beyond to make our entire experience with her store great, she was able to accurately guess my childs shoe size just be looking at her, helped correctly fit a new pair of shoes, and got us checked out and on our way quickly. In a world where customer service in general can be lacking, I will happily shop at the Firewheel Garland location again! Thanks again Becca (hope thats how it is spelled) :)

The store was very clean and the staff was great. They assisted me with smiles on their faces and I was in and out without a long wait.

The staff is polite and friendly. Great options and if a color or size is not available they will order it for you.
