Always enjoy going to this Michael's! This time, I was confused by a sign when I purchased cricut matte smart iron on. It didn't ring up on sale, I should a picture of the sign and was given the discount by someone that was called to the register. Smooth transaction and beautiful customer service as always!

Always enjoy shopping at this store. I appreciate being able to order online using the Michaels app then using the easy and accessible in store pick up feature. My only suggestion would be having more than one person available at checkout. Since the end of the holidays every time I've been to this location there is only one person working the register and a wait of 3 or more shoppers waiting to check out. It would be appreciated by myself as well as other customers to have an employee that is working the floor who could step in as an extra cashier on an as needed basis.

The store was clean and organized. I went looking for a plant but ended up buying more as they have a great selection of hallowing and día de los muertos ítems. The workers were very nice and approachable when I asked them a question. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the near future. 👍

Well stocked store! This store is clean and organized. Three rows of Halloween supplies in August - love! Prices are average, but the web site has coupons. 15% discount for teachers - just bring your school badge. Lots of parking available immediately in front of the store.

I love coming here for picture frames I love decorating with these frames there's a big variety to choose from from cheaper to expensive I have bought too many of the silver ones thoseare my favorites I alreadyput on my picturesand hungthemon the wall and they look very beautiful with my family pictures and still have more packages, also I love the holidays decorations especially Christmas decor, they have great deals I've been buying my photo Christmas ornaments here for the past years exept last year I order online but it was the same quality and arrived just on-time. They have lot's of other stuff like photo albums toys and lots of items for your crafts and yes every holiday you can find your decorating items here. Also they have artificial flowers of lot's of kind and colors.

A huge shoutout to Miss Linda at this location. My kids are learning about budgeting and spending their own money. They were very anxious to pay for their own items as this was their first time. I stood back as Miss Linda patiently rang them up, walking them through the process, and boosting their self-esteem. Very grateful for the experience!

There is no better experience than a friendly, professional staff that can tell you where items are exactly! I was in and out with ease. The manager, Joe, was extremely helpful and displayed excellent customer service. I just saved 10 minutes on my errand run.

From the second we walked in, Joe, the manager greeted us with a smile and a happy new year. He then also quickly assisted us in finding what we needed, some by 18x24 frames. Emillo, the cashier, was also very kind and displayed excellent customer service skills. Thanks Joe for being you and awesome

Good store to get crafty project started.

The lady who checked me out was very helpful and kind. I could not find my wallet and I started to freak out a little bit, she was very patient and understanding. I will always give 5 stars for kindness. In addition, they had the Posca pens I was looking for and a nice selection of beads for bracelet making; both for my daughters 10th birthday.
