I can’t begin to express the customer service I received! Austin was great. Note: They are not podiatrist’s, but they are knowledgeable from what I can tell! I came in looking for good shoes to stand in since I stand for 95% of my work day. I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed, but as I’ve embarked on a running journey for the last year and lifestyle change I wanted to make a proper investment for my feet since I stand all day. I was directed to go ahead and take my shoes off and he had me walk up and down the store to analyze my steps. After seeing how my foot moved and ankles, I believe he said pronation, he went to the back and grabbed about 7 pairs of shoes he felt had potential from different brands to try out. The communication and advise I was being given was great. It began to open my mind to the things I was looking for and it got my thinking gears moving! I started to really connect with the desire I had and what I was looking for and come to realize it as he described the different shoes, materials, and had me walking in them. In the end I went with the HOKA Gaviota 5’s. They had the wide base, breathable upper, and provided the stability I felt I needed due to how I stand. So far I am very happy with the shoe! I had tried HOKA once before and I kid you not I had the worst knee pain of my life. But I didn’t want to give up on the brand since it is so recommended. I was afraid to get into another pair, but truly these are great! Thanks Austin for your help!

Friendly staff in the store. Good selection of gear, shoes and clothing . One of the thing i was looking gor wasnt on stock there at the store and the staff gave me a discount for the inconvenience and recommended me to check another store where I got it. Nice to see a local running store supporting the local running community by hosting and sponsoring running events in tricities.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Knowledgeable and very patient with my indecisiveness of choosing the right shoe. They also have a wide variety of sizes to choose from. When my shoes are worn out, I’ll be back to buy a new ones! Thank you Runners Soul!

What the actual what? I never knew so many details about shoes. It was an absolute education. I'm super excited about my shoes.

This is a must shop at store if you're in the market for runners. My gait was looked at for how my ankles were angled (there is a term for this, but I brain dumped it). I'm so excited about my shoes-and I normally don't care about shoes of this genre AT ALL.

Come support this local store- same prices as on Amazon, but you'll end up with a shoe that is best suited for you. You will not be disappointed.

We were fortunate enough to work with Zachary and he was so knowledgeable with all the shoes we tried on, based upon his assessment of my foot/walk/size. We were very impressed with his customer service and attention to detail and his patience with all the shoes I had to try on. He was so helpful and we walked out very satisfied and comfortable with our purchase.

Absolutely great customer service! The owner of the shop was immensely helpful in helping me understand how to choose a shoe that fits and doesn't just feel good enough. As someone with a narrow heel and wider base, finding shoes that actually fit has always been a problem but not today! Now I have very happy feet. Thank you for the great, personal service. Super great place! They actually fit shoes to your foot so you get the right size. They were so helpful. There were 3 of us (sisters) and each of us bought shoes. Great shoes!!!

Scotty and co are absolutely the best shoe store in the area. Nobody knows more, invests more time in finding the right shoe for you or offers a wider selection or running, walking, and trail shoes. In addition, anything track or cross country related will have a Runners Soul sponsorship attached to it. Prices are very reasonable especially when for the quality and service. 100% recommended whether you are fast, slow, or just need some quality get around shoes.

We've been here multiple times, and the customer service has always been amazing. I have planar fasciitis, and they helped me pick out the right shoes (they have helped so much, thank you!!), and recommend some aids to help my foot recover.

My physical therapist recommended getting fit for a pair of Hoka's to help with walking during rehab. That was 2 years ago. Walking has improved, and they just refitted me into a better fit for keeping moving. They must have hauled out about 10 different styles and brands to make sure I had the best fit.

This is THE place to buy athletic shoes in this reason. Every purchase is carefully customized to suit purpose, wear patterns, and comfort. The shoes are not cheap, but the prices are fair. It's worth paying for good shoes, especially when they are purchased after a half hour experience with an expert.

I hate shoe shopping. Too many choices it's hard to tell if they fit properly and are properly supporting my feet to help with my plantar facitis and fatigue. I went in today looking for new shoes and Tye comes over I warn him about my struggles and that I'm a hard customer he said it's fine. He was such a great person he sat there and listened to my concerns and problems and then ran off got a bunch of shoes, sat there listened to how i felt about the shoes and helped me find shoes that would fit me and my needs. he helped me make sure my sure my shoes fit properly and then he helped make sure my insoles still fit and I didn't have problems with the shoes with the insoles in and swapped my shoe laces. He really took his time listened to what I needed and helped make sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase. His customer service was the best service I have gotten anywhere in a really long time. He genuinly took his time to listen to my needs and concerns and made sure everything I got fit what I came in for and fit me.

I've never had such great experience buying running shoes. Scott, the owner, was fantastic. He's passionate about his business and the attention that he and his staff gave to my son and I definitely shows it. Next time you need running shoes give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

This store, the staff, and the owner are fantastic. I've made quick purchase from them before, but when I went in recently for a new pair of shoes they spent over 20 minutes making sure I got the very best thing for my needs. They know their stuff and are happy to explain it in a way that is not condescending or esoteric.

My folks recommended Runner’s Soul and we tried them out. Carly was fantastic, positive and patient as we tried out quite a few options. She quickly helped us find several shoes that worked great for our needs. Hardest part was picking the color really. We ended up going with the first shoes she identified after trying several. I really thing she knows what she is doing. It was like they were made for my feet. I historically bought cheaper shoes and would wear them until they literally fell apart. Not sure why I waited so long to buy quality shoes. I walk on concrete most the day at work so I went with the Hoka. We also dialed in the fit with quality inserts that found the sweet spot for my higher arch. Carly even trimmed them to fit the shoes perfectly. I was really impressed with the selection and the benefits of buying quality shoes built for function not form. Customer service felt personal and oriented to finding the right fit in a shoe that matched our needs. Now you will pay a little more for quality, but I believe it is worth not having low back pain. Great personal service, great selection, this is my shoe store now. I wish I’d gone earlier. Thank you Carly.
