Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Great selection for ladies shoes to help make plantar fasciitis bearable. They even had a clearance room with lots of nice options. So glad I found this place! Support local business!

This is a great place to purchase shoes!! The folks here know shoes and how to fit them. They have a good selection of sizes and brands of men's and women's shoes and customizable insoles to create that perfect fit. And they can special order as well. It's definitely a store that I'll go back to when I'm in need of new shoes.

My husband and I just went to this shoe store, we both just bought a couple of pairs of shoes each. Diane was one of the best customer service sales representatives I've had! She took time to measure my feet, recommended shoes that would help me with my high arches. My husband has pins, screws, and plates in his feet so finding a shoe that gives him the comfort and support he needs has been really hard. She was extremely knowledgeable about what each of us should buy, she took the time to make sure they fit right and felt good on our feet. One of the best customer service representatives I've had in my life! Thank you for having great employees and great shoes!

I had back to back terrific services at A1! They helped a 83 y.o. that I took for help with fitting. After years of ill fitting shoes he is on the mend. I am a caregiver and on my feet all day everyday. I went the next day and was fitted in a Brooks Adrenaline 21 with 10 Second inserts. My feet feet better than ever. Allowing for pain free feet and knees. Thank you A1 for fantastic service with great results.

My wife and I were very happy with the service we received. Prices were competitive to online purchasing. Plus had I ordered online I would have gotten the wrong size and not known about the shoe inserts the made the shoes fit my feet better. We will be returning for our next shoe purchases.

Dropped off a fairly new dress shoe that looked like it was going to be toast. They took it in, fixed it up, connected me with good shoe care products all at a very good price.

I interested with two difference staff members and both of them were helpful and just seemed like they enjoyed their jobs, I like doing business with people like that!

My foot doc told me that before I consider foot surgery I should try the Birkenstock sport arch support that they sell at this store. The sales staff was very helpful and I also got some shoes. I felt like the lady helping me really wanted to get me what I needed, not just sell me something. I appreciated the effort and I am feeling much better. I will be back to shop at this store.

After going to Penny's, Macy's, Sears and every shoe store at Columbia Mall to no avail, attempted to find my size at A-1. Not only did they have my size but the nicest salesperson ever! I'm new to the Tri-Cities and was looking for a shoe repair shop to glue my soles that were separating. I found A-1 though a Google search and decided to try them because they were near another business I would be visiting. They were fast, reasonably priced and they even called me to tell me the shoes were ready. All this represents better customer service than I've experienced previously from shoe repair shops. I'm the type person who likes to get all the wear from a comfortable pair of shoes that I can, so I'm sure I will return. You've won my business A-1.

I have been here multiple time over the last 10 years and this experience was just as pleasant and rewarding as the others. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The second time I came here in 2017 was the first time I had been given shoes to try on by a salesperson that made me realize what true shoe comfort was.

I desperately wanted a pair of boots that were not in stock anywhere. My friend in the tri-cities told me to try A-1shoes in Kennewick, Wa. I called and talked to Allison who went so far as to call the manufacturer to see if they had any of the boots in my size and color. She called me back and said I was in luck that the manufacturer had a pair. I told Allison that I lived in the state of Oregon. She said no problem we can ship them to you. I was so happy when I got the great quality of boots that Allison ordered for me. She went above and beyond to help me get my boots sent to me. She called me to tell me they had shipped and that I would be getting them in a couple days and she was right I got them in 3 days. I sure wish we g he ad a shoe store with an employee like Allison here in Salem, Oregon. Thank you so much Allison!!

Needed special shoes but did not know exactly what I needed.......they helped me find ones that fit correctly AND insoles for them. Since then I have no more foot pain while wearing shoes and no pain when at work. Makes it a lot easier to get around when someone is willing to take the time to get what you need!
