Love this corner store. They have a very good selection of whatever you need and the people are always super friendly. Plus if you need something they don’t have, they are always welcome for some feedback.

Plus they always have a treat for my dog so he’s a big fan as well!

This store always has everything I need and the super sweet owners have treats for my dogs when we come in!

I consider this market and its extremely kind owners a major plus to the local neighborhood. They have all the essentials you need, a good selection of wines, and just the few seconds chat with the owners really makes my day.

Oh, and they always offer cookies for my dogs!

Not the least expensive market, but what would you expect? It's in a great neighborhood, in a convenient location, and a few blocks away from its closest competitor. (Always happy to support this place.)

Excellent convenience store. This place has more stuff than 7-Eleven. They even stock VHS tapes. This is definitely my place of choice for sundries.

This market has been family owned since I can remember, the owners Paul and Karen are extremely nice and very accommodating.

Magasin correct mais un peu cher. Un drogué reste toujours devant la magasin en soirée. On ne s'y sent pas en sécurité.

Alsoooooo - wir waren am 29.07. notgedrungen dort einkaufen...und ich bin echt selten sprachlos, aber hier war ich sprachlos 🥴

Wir waren im Rahmen einer Rundreise in einem Hotel in direkter Nachbarschaft untergebracht und wollten uns für den Abend noch etwas zu Essen & Trinken kaufen.
Auf der Suche nach einem Geschäft sind wir hier gelandet.

Als ich reingekommen bin, gab es keine Begrüßung oder nicht mal ein kurzes Nicken, obwohl der Laden ansonsten leer war. Der Laden war eher klein und die Auswahl übersichtlich - es gab irgendwie die Auswahl in der Art eines Späti oder ner Tankstelle, wie bei "rewe go" o.ä. halt.
Alles irgendwie düster, bissl unaufgeräumt und fast bedrückend.

Es gab vorne ein paar Bananen und einige Äpfel, aber irgendwie sahen die alle alt bzw. schrumpelig aus.
Es gab' Kühl- und Gefriertruhen, aber dort habe ich nicht wirklich nach Ware geschaut und kann daher nix dazu sagen.

Auf bzw. an den meisten Waren fehlte ein Preisschild und ob der freundlichen Begrüßung, wollte ich auch nicht wirklich fragen.
Aber was können 6 Dosen Cola Light, 3 Schokoriegel und eine kleine Tüte Chips schon kosten?!?

Das grenzte fast an Diebstahl - ich musste 27,89 USD dafür zahlen 😳😳😳

Ich hätte sicherlich die Ware liegenlassen und einfach gehen können, aber wir leben im Zeitalter von Corona und da würde ich auch nicht wollen, dass das ein anderer so machen würde 🙄

Ich gebe 2 Sterne - weil es wenigstens etwas zu kaufen gab und es der einzige, offene Laden dieser Art in der Umgebung war (um kurz vor 20h).

Fazit:
fragt nach dem Preis VORM Kauf 🫣

This has to be the most expensive store in sf. I got one small lighter, and the guy in the cashier charged me 4$ . Every other store and smoke shops sell the same lighter for 2$ only. I’m so mad I’m never going inside that shop again.

Just asked the shop to exchange $ coins to 4x $quarters and they send me to the Bank as they were not willing to help while they had a smile while sending me to the Bank for such a simple favor. —> the last time I get there for shopping.
