The Home Depot

This location is just like all locations. What I like most about this location is the good selection of plants. Some Home Depots don't have the selection of outdoor plants like others. This one is a good location for spring or fall planting material. Good prices too.

I shop here often and usually have a good experience. Today, however, I met Craig. He looked at my problem not as a task but at the broader objective then came up with an innovative and more cost effective solution than I was coming up with, found the parts and put them in my hand. And he did it in about 2 minutes. I'm forever a fan.

What can I say, from tools to equipment to raw materials Home Depot is the place!

The Cottleville store is staffed with tons of awesome folks that are super helpful.

The vast majority of my tools and equipment has come from here and when we recently purchased a house last year 85% of the renovation raw materials came from this store.

Cabinet doors, counters, tile, paint, trim, you name it. Great place for one stop home projects.

Can find ANYTHING at this location., pluse very friendly and helpful staff!

i had a curbside pickup today for a grill. it was a little too big for my suv so i mentioned i’d sit there and work on getting it out of the box. jacob, the one who brought it out, helped me unbox it & figure out how to fit it in my car. he was an absolute GEM!!!!! he did not have to stay outside in the hot sun and help me figure it out but did. i wanted to tip him but he wasn’t allowed to accept tips. home depot should definitely change this rule because he deserved it!! thank you jacob!

Great experience. A worker named Heidi went way and above the call of duty to help us find what we needed. Steve was also very helpful. I hope management reads this.

Sometimes the clearance items are better than the new stuff, especially on a budget or not prepared to purchase a new appliance when you have to immediately.

My house flooded in the summer of 2022. It ruined all the carpet in my finished basement. I got several estimates for replacement flooring. I want to remove the carpet and install the Life Proof Flooring. After getting 5 estimates, I decided to go with Home Depot. I had already added the stairs to the original estimate but wanted to add the foyer, after they had already come out and measured. They came back out for free but once the extra area was added, it messed up the entire estimate. Items were added that should not of been and raised my estimate around $2200. I was really upset about that. That was over the budget I had and the insurance pay out. I thought about and it really bothered me that it went up so much. I went back and I talked to Michael in the flooring department and we went line by line through the entire estimate and had Jackie help. They spent a lot of time going over the estimate to make sure everything was right. Michael even found some areas that would save me money. I was upset when I walked in the store today and very happy when I left, with the price of the flooring and the customer service that they provided. I paid for the flooring and should have it installed in a couple of weeks. Michael saved me enough off the flooring, that I now have money for paint to 2 rooms and a bathroom. I am so please that I went back to raise my concerns and that they were taken seriously and attended too! As much as I didn't want to paint, I really needed to and now I can. Thank you Michael and Jackie in the flooring department at the Home Depot on Mid Rivers Mall Dr. I really appreciate the time and effort that you put into helping me!

Home Depot is my go to with most of my home repairs and upgrades (which I have been doing for almost a year now) I have never had an issue finding an employee to help me. And they are friendly and educated on the supplies. If not they will always find someone that can help you better.

My husband and I went to replace our blinds. Can't say enough about the help we received from ROY. He was so precise I. His measurements and double checked to make sure sure it was correct.

Adam was AMAZING! I wanted chairs that required climbing over and on top of several other stacks of chairs to get to. He climbed up, moved things around, and got my chairs off a giant stack. He even offered to carry them to my car!

I dont live by this location anymore but it was the closest location on the way home from my frustration and disappointment at Harbor Freight Tools that had an air compressor that actually exceeded the specs that I was searching for by about $35 more with an extended 2yr protection plan. I ordered the vertical electric HUSKY 20Gal 200PSI air compressor on the Home Depot app for curbside pickup they had 1 unit left. I went back into the app a couple of minutes later to look for another item and noticed it was going to be shipped to me instead. I tried calling multiple times but the automated line kept cutting out and I couldnt get an answer on the online customer support either. Compressors of that size were popular that weekend at all the hardware stores everyone was out of that size compressor due to aggresive promotions that week but between the Home Depot automated phone lines stopping in mid sentence I couldn't get through to any of the home depot locations to verify pickup. I went inside to customer service I told her the issue she looked up the compressor on their inventory and they were out of stock since the online store is a different entity there was nothing on her end that she could do. The woman called and was able to get through to online support using a different number other than posted on the app. The online lady told the employee to hurry because she was busy you should've seen the offended stunned look on her face it was priceless "IS WAYNE BRADY GONNA HAVE TO CHOKE A B@#!" then the online woman said that the order must be shipped because I failed to call within the first 30 minutes of placing the order and my order request had already been submitted to the shiping warehouse. Talk about tough in the streets. I thanked her for her time and patience and also had a chance to fantasize about my future grill they had unboxed sitting behind the customer service counter the new Masterbuilt 560 bluetooth digital charcoal grill/smoker

I shop here all the time mainly because it's the closest hardware store, but they keep everything well stocked and lots of options. Lumber is okay, and they don't have a lot as far as yard/garden tools, but otherwise just about anything you need.

Cottleville Home Depot is awesome! If you're in there make sure to ask for Heidi. She definitely knows returns check out and anything you need to know she will help you with and if she can't answer it she will definitely get you where you need to go or find the answers for you.

The store is clean, staff is polite, no waiting, check out line moves fast and so does the returns. When I was in the aisle getting what I needed I had at least three people asked if I needed help while I was there. Definitely would recommend going there if you need something, or if you need answers.

This Home Depot was the first in the area, the staff is awesome, young man looked up what I asked about, have isle, bay and quantity. Ladies, did you know Home Depot's isles have numbers! The isles have Bays, ( sections) in each isles numbered and all you have to do is look for the signs. So when you ask where it is... they tell you exact isles and the bay indicates where in the isles to look. Who knew! This is a 10 in my book!

Went in to look at ranges/ovens and was more than satisfied with my visit. The woman in the appliance section was very busy, but did not let me go unnoticed. She quickly went and got another home depot assistant to help me with all my needs. Within a minute David Rubin from flooring was over helping decide what purchase to make. He was more than helpful and there was no pressure to buy. Very friendly environment. I did leave the store to do further research and ended up buying on-line due to it going on sale the next day (on-line only). Would definitely recommend returning when considering someone from an entire different department was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I needed a part for my furnace that they didn't have in stock. They offered to order it for me and said it would arrive by Monday. The gentlemen who I was speaking with was very helpful...he suggested a couple other places in town to look up on my phone, but none of them had it in stock either.

Love the way they take you to what you were looking for. First they ask about project you are doing an recommend stiff you didnt kno you needed. Very cool
