My experience is shop and pay. When I requested for help one young person taking care of Kios check out helped me to get connected to Anna to identify 19 items listed for shopping and Anna being extraordinary young and very talented person help to identify 19 items in just 6 to 7 minutes. That’s an outstanding performance and I would like to thank the entire team for their support and help whenever I need. The best place to shop is Target. Love Target for shopping and support that I receive from staff. Many thanks to ANNA. She deserves encouragement from management staff.

So, I was shopping at this store and saw a product that I wanted to buy. It was priced lower than the usual market price, so I grabbed it and headed to the checkout counter. But, when I paid for it, I noticed that it rang up at a different price than what it said on the shelf. So, I went to the customer service desk to return the item and let them know that it was priced wrong. The person at the customer service desk was really nice and apologized to me. Instead of returning the item, he corrected the price and refunded me the extra money that I had been charged. I was shocked by the service because most places would not do this. The customer service made me feel valued as a customer. It was really nice to see such honesty in todays world.

Went to Target on Dec 23, 2023 because of the deal of the day Shark vacuum for $99.00 . Picked up a few things, associates were friendly and very helpful.

I love the drive-up service at Target. Put in your order the morning that you need it or the night before and it's ready early morning. It is so convenient and saves so much time!

Customer Service was great! The store was clean and organized. I was treated like a valued customer in every interaction. The Town and Country location is above average! I even snagged a huge deal.

It was so cold tonight when I went to Target to get my drive up order. The employees running out orders to cars could’ve easily been in a cranky mood, but they weren’t! The guy who brought my order to ny car was so courteous and pleasant. It restored my faith in retail. :)

Target has almost anything I need, in addition, their clothes and housewares are good quality and attractive looking. My recent return was very fast, friendly, and easy to complete.

Product was priced wrong on shelf and noticed after checking out that it rang up a different price from what was marked. So I went to customer service to return item and let them know it was priced wrong. The associate apologized to me and instead of returning the item he corrected the price and refunded me the extra money I had been charged. I was very pleasantly surprised of the service because most other places will try just about anything or come up with some reason not to correct their mistake and refund back money!!

I don’t know the gentleman who helped me but he was fantastic. I was looking for a Baby Shark bed set for my daughter but the shelf was empty. I asked the worker if they had more in the back but unfortunately he didn’t. He went out of his way to check another store and then when they didn’t have it, he ordered it for me and had it shipped to my house. I am so grateful that my daughter will get her new bed set. I extremely appreciate the person who helped me. He had great conversation skill, great customer service and dedication. Thank you so much. I will make the extra drive to this store for that kind of service

Drive up to pick up my groceries are the way to go when we are tight for time on a Busy Sunday morning. Great service, convenience and takes no time at all to order and pickup.

This Target was clean and organized. I found exactly what I was looking for and some good clearance deals! The icing on the cake was the great service we received from team member Tasha at checkout! This was one of my best Target runs!

I love Target drive up! I have some physical limitations and life is easier when I can just drive over and have someone put my bags in my car! I’ve never had an issue with an online order or a pick up. Target Drive Up Forever! Woo Hoo!

An associate that was working in the area of toys & electronics went above & beyond to help me find the item I was looking for. His name was Alex and he was very friendly & also very knowledgeable about the products I inquired about. I also want to compliment the cashier at the front end who rang me out, I didn't get her name though. She was very friendly & also processed the transaction efficiently, the perfect front end experience. I am an assistant manger at another large retail chain and I always stress how important it is for the guest to have a great check out experience as this is what they typically remember after they leave the store. In this case both the in store & front end experience were perfect and I hope these associates are recognized for their efforts.
