As a woman of color, it is always hard to find someone who understands make up and shades. Kayla did a fantastic job! She really took her time and gave me the look I was trying to achieve. If you have make up needs, talk to her!

Had to pick up spouse from hospital across the street. SCRIPS where supposed to b ready by 3pm is what I was told. After waiting a hr like the lady instructed, she would most definitely have them ready. Grabbed a bite to eat , came back only for her to tell me a few more minutes, 2hrs later, " keep in mind I live a hr away" lady stated she doesn't even have that medication at this location. Now 2 days later still no text or call. So I call them . What do u know, now its ready. Can u believe I got 3 calls on they way to go get the medication. RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET , WILL NEVER GO OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WOREST Enemy

I thought the location at Central School/North St.Peter’s Parkway was bad.. This is now the second time i’ve attempted to use Walgreens to get film processed and there is always issues. Last time I waited a month(3 weeks more than notified) with no notice of a delay or mix up. However the manager at that location gave me the photos with no charge and explained a mistake by new staff. Now at this location after being told they would be ready for pick up 6/22, I go into the store on 6/24 to the employee notifying me it was “Sent out late” and “To try again Monday”. Mind you there was a promotion for 50% photo that ends today 6/24, that I will no longer get to use. They ask for a phone number or email when making the order, yet they fail to communicate their errors so here I am losing time out of my morning.

I was checking out and the clerk asked me if I wanted a receipt. I said in the bag is fine and he proceeded to slam my items into a bag. I guess there was a misunderstanding that i didnt need a bag to carry my 3 items i had purchased? I have children and one of them I have to carry inside my apartment. I of course don't expect the clerk to care about that. I just can't juggle a bunch of stuff and carry a child.

I understand that this time of year is super stressful but, that isn't an excuse to treat anyone in such a manner.

Cashiers are very unwelcoming. Same with the pharmacy, "Dean." They need to be trained better or taught manners they should have learned growing up. Not at a grown age.

If you have a FedEx package delivered there ask to speak to a manager, the staff will not tell you if it's there. I called and was told "No" it wasn't there at 430pm then I found out it's been delivered at 820am that morning. I reported it to the manager and he didn't even apologize. All I was hoping for was that he'd do some training.

Made an appointment online for a flew shirt at 1 PM and showed up 10 minutes early as instructed to on the form. After showing up early and waiting in line, the employee told us that we were third in line and needed to come back after 2 due to them taking a lunch from 1-2. I asked "Out of curiosity, why did the website list 1 as an available time if it is not available?" The employee answered "It has appointment times at 8 AM and we are not even open" then turned and walked away. I understand that the website might not be entirely accurate, and that this may have occurred to her before, but the attitude along with the initial reception and response definitely makes me not want to ever go back.

After standing at the counter for 3 minutes without being acknowledged, an elderly gentleman refused to break a $100 bill even after a $40 purchase. He could’ve recommended the pharmacy counter considering they deal with larger purchases instead of completely turning away a sale. So much for a quick stop on the way home. Guess I’ll be heading to CVS.

Pharmacy Techs are the WORST! I just called to check on a medication order and one just rudely hung up on me.. said yeah we will order it and hung up! Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful!
