I saw a commercial for this company and called inquiring about my transportation needs. I’m truly grateful that Wayfair was able to accommodate my needs. Prompt and courteous are the first to words that comes to mind. Professional and polite staff is what does it for.

We found ourselves in need of reliable weekly transportation for a few family members. We were recommended this company and they’ve been great! I pay once weekly for that weeks rides and they’ve even accommodated us with early pickup on short notice. They are very kind and worked with us even despite me having a hundred questions and needing services that I wasn’t sure they offered. I have a handicap brother and every company that has transported him prior to meeting them only seen dollar signs. They didn’t care about his wellbeing ….Queen & J-Dubb embraced not only my brother but my entire family as if we were their family! They are the only company we deal with. This is by far the best transportation company I ever use. They very professional I actually made last minute reservation but they still took me the price is good the driver is on time sometimes even early this company is the best I’ll definitely recommend it. This is the second time I use it and I’m definitely going to use them in the future. ❤

I received a call 24 hrs before my pickup. They showed up early. The driver was very professional. Easy to speak with and very cordial. Early to my appointment and was waiting for me at the door. Using three different transportation companies this by far is the BEST.

I would like to say thank you to this company for driving me 2 and a half hours home from the hospital on 3/4/2022 they are life savers and very nice people from what I understood is they are a family owned business in medical transportation and other things the drove me home from the hospital in St. Louis to my house in Waynesville when I couldn’t get a ride else where they are very nice people and even helped me inside my home and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of before they left
