Chimi’s Fresh-Mex

I recently visited Chimi's in Cottleville and chose a combo meal with a chimichanga and chile poblanos. The servings were large, so I ended up having leftovers for the next day. Edson took great care of us, as he always does.

Nothing beats Friday night Mexican. Portions were a little smaller than I was expecting but the flavors were on point. Their salsa had a tiny kick which was a nice surprise. The restaurant had some great theming too, that’s always a must for Mexican. Definitely adding this to the usuals!

This has become our new regular place for Mexican/Tex-Mex. Love the Enchilada Supreme plate (first time i had a bean enchilada along with the chicken, beef, and cheese.) Excellent fajitas. only a little distracting when the cooks are blaring their music in the kitchen, and different music is playing in the restaurant. Great service every time!!

Another fabulous experience catering from Chimi’s in Cottleville. Marlon- the manager - is the BEST - the food is always tasty and authentic- plentiful too! Dining in is also wonderful- the servers are super helpful , food is served quickly and margaritas are top notch . We highly recommend this restaurant.

We have tried quite a few local Mexican restaurants and Chimi’s is by far our favorite! The service is top notch and the food and drinks are delicious! Now we come here at least once a month!

Place was great again an again!
Called from parking lot a Togo order. Walked in and 8mins later was ready. I love the asade street tacos and they grill their jalapeños which are really good. Definitely one of the better Mexican restaurants in St. Peters

I just can't say enough good things about this place!! The service is the best of any place around, always friendly and attentive. The food is wonderful and tasty, and the prices are great. Always able to find a table for our larger parties of 7 or more.

Went there with a group of 5 people. We were seated right away on a Saturday evening around 7pm. We sat in the far back of the restaurant. The alcohol was excellent, the food was delicious! The server forgot about us, but other than that it was a good experience. I will definitely try them again.

The food is always great here and the Groupon they have make it a great deal.

I have never had a bad meal at Chimi's - this is a work-place favorite.

This restaurant has been my go to favorite Mexican place for years! Javier is my favorite — he has immaculate service and manners. He is an amazing person. The food is delicious i try to rotate what I get. My go to is Margarita Dip and Chimis chicken. 👍🏻👍🏻

The wife and I had our first experience dining here this evening. The portions were very ample, well prepared, fresh, and well seasoned. We both like our salsa a little more on the chunky side, but other than that, no complaints! Our server was extremely professional and attentive throughout our meal. Prices are reasonable, too. Bueno!

My favorite restaurant in the St Louis & St Charles area. Great food and delicious Margaritas.

I recently visited Chimi’s Fresh-Mex and was very impressed with the fantastic flavors and fresh ingredients in every dish. I particularly enjoyed the homemade salsa, which was the perfect balance of spicy and savory. The staff were friendly and the food was served within minutes of ordering. I highly recommend Chimi’s for anyone looking for delicious Fresh-Mex cuisine.

I order caldo de pollo regularly on my lunch break. I always get good service and the food is wonderful.

Awesome place! Many different menu items to choose from. I had the combo platter with a chicken chimichanga and a taco, perfect sized served hot and fresh! Server was super friendly and attentive. Even throwing in a joke about, “Would you like tequila?” When we had waters for drinks.

Went there to have lunch with a couple of friends of mine the food was delicious The margaritas was made very well they could have put a little bit more shrimp in my order but it was very delicious. And I had a good time.

Very, very friendly staff. Food was fast and fresh ! I will definitely be back here, the other Mexican restaurants around here always seem to disappoint me. But Chimis on the other hand was awesome!

I can’t get enough of this place. The food is as good as it gets, and the service is even better. Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly and personable. Our food is always fresh and gets to our table quick. We come here weekly and have always had a five star experience!!!
