Schnucks Cottleville

I want to compliment Schnucks employees Tracee and Rhonda for the excellent help they gave me yesterday. I had locked my keys in my car after shopping. My purse, phone and all my ids were in there. I went back into the store and Tracee helped me cal AAA and even gave me a water while I had an hours wait. After an hour and a half no help arrived. Rhonda stepped in arranged for me to have a short ride to my house to pick up an extra set of keys and return to the store. I can’t tell you how much this meant to me as I was totally stranded. I will never forget their kindness. I offered them money but Rhonda refused and asked me to pay it forward. You just don’t find people of this caliber very often. You are fortunate to have employees who really care about their customers. I will continue to shop at your store where I feel safe and the employees are really helpful.

Always stocked and wonderful produce selection. The deli counter could use extra help on week nights, but other than that, we have been very happy with them for years. Plus now they are stepping up the Bourbon selection.

I did not have any issues with finding the things I was looking for. In fact I did not have any issues with this entire shopping experience. I found everything I needed. And in the end (at the register) I looked at my receipt. And I saved about $34+ on groceries because what I needed to purchase was on sale.

They accept food stamps/EBT. This specific location does NOT make you wear a mask if you are fully vaccinated. They do ask that you continue to stay 6 feet away from the other customers and employees. There is a sign right as you walk through the doors to enter the main part of the store. And there are dividers at the check-out lanes that are there to continue to keep us all protected. The employees wear masks but that is because they HAVE TO. But it says on the outside door that they are recommended.....NOT required/mandatory.

Thank you, Schnucks, for making my shopping experience go smoothly and thanking you for labeling all the items that were on sale the way you did.

Don't normally shop at this particular Schnucks, but was a good experience. Found every thing on my list...and it was a big one! The lady checking me out went above and beyond double bagging my cold and frozen items, knowing I had to drive to Kirkwood and deliver the groceries to my sister. Certainly appreciated!!

Nice big store and very clean! People are very friendly and helpful to find the items I needed. Would gladly shop at this grocery store any day!

My sons birthday party was cancelled due to snow. Schnucks had already made the cake, but instead of making us come buy the cake we no longer needed they said they could feed it to their team members who had to work today. This is wonderful customer service and a nice way to reward employees who came to work. Thank You!!!

Found everything I needed easily. Prices were good.

The staff was really nice and greeted with smiles. When i asked where something was specifically the young lady who appeared to be going on lunch stopped and helped me with no problem and a smile and told me exactly where to find what i needed. Its refreshing to go somewhere and receive good customer service because it us really hard to come by these days, so thanks schnucks is cottleville for that experience!!

Store is always immaculate. Produce selection excellent. Meat and seafood department also well-stocked and the quality is choice! Employees always friendly and very helpful.

Love this huge Schnucks store, they have so much to choose from in every department, workers are friendly, store is spotless and my rewards help keep my food bill down! I've shipped at Schnucks for over 35 year's : )

Like the flavor of the meats. The employees are always helpful. Prices are in a range I would say are mid-range and the quality is good. It's my go to store.

This is a great store. I was having trouble with kids and several people, both workers and patrons, helped out in many ways. The selection was good and fruit was tasty.

Great place. Pretty well stocked. Not crowded. All employees wearing masks and most customers. Very reasonable prices.

Love schnucks- they are everywhere!! Lol my local store is only a few blocks away, and I use the grocery store and the pharmacy all of the !! They always have great deals every week!! And I'm always checking there discount meat freezer that they put their meat that is getting close to it's sell by date on whole sale to make sure that it gets sold to someone before they can't sell it !! And it's usly like at least half off !! And I use there pharmacy every month to fill my prescriptions because they are fast and almost always have the stuff that I need every month !! So there is my reasons for why I always use my local shnucks grocery store and pharmacy !!

This Schnucks location has friendly staff, and fresh produce selections. The deli department offers Boars Head products, and always ask if I want to sample something.

People are friendly. Look for markdowns in meat department. Price is fantastic.
