The UPS Store

Will was a Godsend today! I had 18 different customer packages to send on behalf of my company. He was so patient and so kind while he was having to hand retype in all the addresses and create the labels. His attitude was incredible as he did his tasks, he never made me feel bad, or rushed, or like what he was doing for me was in any way an imposition. The world needs more Will's in customer service. The rest of the team also did a great job moving the pre-Christmas and Amazon return lines through. Everyone was thoroughly efficient and multi-tasking to ensure customers were in and out in no time. This store is clearly a team that gets customer service and the true values of team work.

What a great place! I have traditionally done business with Fed Ex. But after feeling like a burden rather than a customer, the UPS store was like a breath of fresh air! The service was amazing and everyone was happy to help!!

I visit UPS Mon-Fri for my business. I visit 4 different locations in the STL area depending where I need to be for the day. I visit here, Jungerman, Mckelvey, and Olive locations in Creve Coeur. This one is the absolute best. I walk in with my items pre boxed and labeled for my business. They almost always immediately spot me and scan my items in. If they don't, they have a kiosk where I can scan my items in myself. This location gets that actual UPS customers get served quickly and they can recognize when someone just have to drop something off.

I hate when I have to stand in line for 5 minutes for ppl with Amazon returns. They are not actually customers! I almost always have to stand in line at the Olive and Mckelvey locations. Normally I wait around 1-3 minutes. I literally just have to drop my items off. It is super frustrating for paying customers.

Everyone was friendly and helpful at The UPS Store on Mid Rivers—especially during the holiday rush. I had to package a particularly awkward, wildly item for return and everyone was great about accommodating me.

The customer service that Eric provided at this UPS location was outstanding. He went above and beyond to help me address a difficult situation. He has an excellent attitude and was willing to get create to solve the problem. I have been to many other UPS stores but have never received this level of service. 5 stars!

This store provides outstanding customer service. We are a start up company, looking to ship some samples before the holidays. Ran into some issues and we were blown away by Eric and his supervisor, XiaoXia's customer service. They went above and beyond, would try to snag them from UPS if I didn't have so much respect for the company!

This is my local UPS store. I’m not a regular but I often opt to utilize this store as my preferred Amazon return location. I’m impressed that I’m always greeted when I enter the store regardless of how many customers are in line. Rarely do I wait more than a minute to process a return. Additionally, I didn’t realize that UPS stores offer Notary services. This location has two Notary Publics and though the schedule seems to vary, it’s good to know this service is available outside of my bank. One more item, this store is consistent and knowledgeable about shipping quotes. I’ve used the (not to be named) competitor’s store in past, today actually, and the shipping quotes varied from one employee to the next. I feel this UPS Location offers superior service and knowledge of shipping services and rates.

I make it a point to go out my way for this UPS Store location! Recently I brought an Amazon return to them. My item was packaged with the label attached, and all I had to do was hand it to them when I walked in. Emma was great, making my time in-store flawless and quick! The best customer service I've had anywhere in such a long time. Go TEAM!!

We bring lots of packages in every day and the owner and staff are always so nice and helpful. They are always smiling and kind, they hold the door open for us, and they just make the process so easy. We are so grateful for them and would highly recommend this UPS store to anyone.

This place is FANTASTIC! Eric (franchisee owner) called me after I sent in a print order because he spotted an issue. He even took the opportunity to save me a LOAD of cash on the order. Not many businesses would do something like that. I will be taking my business to this location from NOW ON. Kudos to local owners; Eric is a model for these owners.

The staff at this UPS store are awesome! Eric, the manager, was so helpful and kind. The other employees were also so great! They were extremely knowledgeable on what we needed and helped without hesitation. The fingerprinting process was so easy and it’s the only place I would recommend to get it done! UPS Cottleville is the best!!!! :)

For the last 3 years I have been working exclusively with this UPS store for my business. I make and sell custom furniture.
I have always been impressed with the kindness that I have been treated with from every single employee at the store. From Eric the owner to the newest hire, they are all so very kind.
When I started shipping items through this store I had no idea what I was doing. I showed up with the furniture broke down into loose items and said, "I need to ship this." Eric patiently walked me through it, boxed up my sale and shipped it off. As we did more business he told me about ways that I could save money on shipping. Cutting the boxes down, buying my own boxes from a different supplier, etc. Keep in mind he is doing this to the benifit of my business and the detriment of his!
I have shipped over 100 packages with them and I have never once had a problem with the packages arriving on time and in excellent condition.
For as long as my business continues to run I will only ship through this store.
Thank you Eric and staff for everything that you have done, and I know you will continue to do, for me and my business.

This UPS store is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is one epic worker that works there. He is name is phill if I can describe him in one world it would be awesome!

What a friendly and easy to work with staff. They were upfront about an issue that I might have (through no fault of theirs) when I came in the door. They were positive throughout our interaction and when things worked out where they were able to assist me, they stayed friendly and got the job done quickly and professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I wish I would have gotten the names (my fault) of the two gentlemen working this morning, 1/25/19. Thank you again!

I went in to deliver a package the other day, and I was helped by Phil. He couldn't have been more professional and helpful to me if he owned the store! I am not sure how much he is currently making, but I garantee it isn't enough and this is my only method of saying thank you Phil! I plan to take my business only to this location from now on.

Philip took extraordinary care of my package. Philip is one of the most hardy workers I have ever met. Every time I see Philip he has a chippy ol’ smile across his face.

I was going to UPS today completely unprepared. I didn't have anything ready to go on my package and was assuming I would need to use their counter with scissors and tape but was pleasantly surprised! I wish I would've got the man's name who helped me, but he saw me walking up with my package and immediately opened the door for me. Then he took my package, gave me a receipt, and took care of everything. I literally walked in and out. It was awesome.
