Starbucks

Very busy in the mornings but Starbucks is very popular so it’s to be expected. The manager with the beard who always takes orders outside, is 10/10 wonderful! Makes my visit so pleasant. He runs things very smoothly!

We went through the drive up and let me tell you this line move quickly. The girl at the window was polite and friendly. Our coffees were also made correctly.

Really enjoyed this location, going inside was an experience and even got to spoil myself with a new installated coffee cup 🥰
Got a breakfast sandwich and it was super good. And my coffee was perfect and delicious

Had ordered ahead and drove there during the waiting time so it wasn’t melted. I was a little bit late (10 ish minutes), I pull up and the line is extending out of the parking lot. There was a man outside taking orders (didn’t ask his name) and he was very quick and friendly. I then went inside and they asked me for my name and quickly found it for me. I had ordered an iced chai latte with 4 shots and a kind worker wrote on the cup that I could save some money by ordering if differently but it still being the same thing. Overall this is one of my favorite locations to pick up some good coffee.

First of all the manager is perfect. All staff is perfect. Other than the occasional supply shortage of Java chips, due only to popular demand, no fault of the stores. ALEX is a keeper. Positivity, kind, good employee. Makes a difference. Keep up the A+ work yall.

I love this location. The lines are usually long but they're really quick moving. I sometimes order on the app and have to go inside to pick it up, so parking is tough but otherwise this is my favorite location.

Kaydence was my barista and she was the best!

I don't drink coffee but needed some help with gift cards. Jacqueline knew exactly what to do and hooked me up super quick. Shout out to her for being very kind and super helpful!

I have lived in the st charles area for awhile & i get treated so well by the baristas at this location. Jade in particular is so sweet! She remembered who i was after not coming in for awhile! So sweet. Drinks are made well too!

Absolutely the nicest workers, Angela is running the drive through most times I come through and she is by FAR the sweetest person who ever ran a drive through at any restaurant, She is extremely upbeat and nice to speak with, Brightens my day every time. Keep up the great work guys, Your making this the best store around.

The man that was taking orders outside because of the line was EXCEPTIONAL. He was so polite and courteous. I hope to see him again! Really set the tone for my day!

The service was great but the drive through line is not the way It should be they have a worker outside taking orders instead of a machine the machine works but I'm pretty sure they do it so that they can gain more business than their neighbor panera bread co. It's really annoying because their is a car spaced gap.

People have complained in these reviews about slow service. However, as a customer that goes to this location almost daily I can tell you this location also gets slammed frequently. When the drive-thru line fills up, people start parking and going inside. The staff at this location, 90% of them at least, kick butt. When they get the kind of rushes this store gets, they are only going to be able to move so quickly and they can only make so many drinks at a time. I challenge anyone of these uppity, judgmental reviewers to get behind the counter during a rush and outpace anyone of this location's seasoned employees. Unreasonably high and arbitrary standards do not warrant a bad review. Keep up the great work!

Visited on a busy day with long drive-thru line but they always win me back with friendly personal service and great tasting product. Got a venti nonfat hot mocha and banana bread

Although there is typically a line k. The drive-thru, it does move rather quickly. Employees as friends friendly and I love that they will give you free whip spray in a cup for you fur-friend. Often, they’ll give us big cups for the larger dogs. The portion size always seems appropriate for the dogs’ size .

Lines always long, but if you can get around it to park your best bet is to go inside. It’s connected to a bread co so the parking lots congested & busy, especially at breakfast & lunch. The customer service is great unlike other locations so we choose to go here even if it’s crazy busy.

Always nice. Expect longer wait times due to covid-19, most people still order at the drive thru speaker. Just be prepared to wait in a line if you don't feel comfortable ordering ahead and going inside for pickup.

I use the drive thru everytime at this location. It's a short wait and the drinks are delicious. Very friendly staff in the drive thru.

This location is great - the staff is friendly, and they are super helpful. My order has never been messed up. This isn’t the closest location to my house, but I still come here because you guys are awesome!
