AT&T Store

Jes the store manager was exceptional. We got a phone elsewhere and Jes had to correct their omissions.

She was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We would not have been able to function without her assistance. We should have come to this store and Jes from the beginning.

Staff member and her trainee helped me with my problem quickly and in a professional, friendly manner. Good store on Burke Centre Parkway.

My husband. Steve, had a wonderful experience at the store in Burke, VA. Tamara was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. She explained everything very well, & Tamara was professional at all times. We have been going to the Burke AT&T store for about 15 years. We have NEVER had a bad experience there. Thank you so much for having the best employees!

I wanted to take the time to publicly thank DOMINIC at the BURKE at&t for SAVING MY SANITY!!! I've had really poor experiences with at&t customer service over the past few months. Today was my final attempt to not switch service to another carrier. And. Literally. DOMINIC solved every one of my issues whilst juggling a store full of patrons by HIMSELF! It was masterful. His patience never waned. And his smile never dropped... well done DOMINIC! And he stayed over an hour after closing time to ensure that every customer in the store was sufficiently connected. Thanks for not letting me give up on AT&T DOMINIC! Give this man a raise!!! And I'll handle the praise! 🙌🙌🙌 Thanks again DOMINIC for being the EXCELLENCE that i expect from AT&T!

Had a wonderful experience at the store in Burke, VA. Tamara was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She took her time to troubleshoot, explain & resolve my issue which seem a big feat. I work a lot out of state but plan to be using the Burke AT&T store.Thank you so much for having the best employees!

I had a problem with my phone traveling internationally. I went to an ATT store in Maryland and after 3 hours made my problem worse. I spent another 2 hours on ATT chat trying to resolve my problem. These guys solved it in 5 minutes.

Maggie, the manager, gave us stellar service.Unfortunately she was the only one working and we had to wait about an hour. However, I can truly say that her service was worth the wait. I have gone to several AT&T locations in the past but I will be returning to this one.

Dominic at this location was absolutely incredible! He was very knowledgeable and has phenomenal customer service skills!! This is why I love this location! I always go to Dominic!! You rock dude! Keep it up!! 5/5 stars!! Always!!
