Just went to Cricket in Edgewood Towne Center. Store manager Nate is the best I've seen in all my years with Cricket. Very knowledgeable and friendly young man. Transferred all my contacts and data. Highly recommend this store. Very impressed.

I would like to give credit when it's due Tylynn is an amazing worker who knows what's she's doing and is sooo understanding. I was having a bad day that day and she just made it just a little better. Keep up the good work

Tylynn did my port today, my phone service was giving me the run around for 4 days she got it done in 30 minutes. She’s great!!!

Wowwww i love the store new employee josh. he was a great big help with my service, i walked in with several issues with my metro phone and he resolved allllllll of my issues, and switched me to cricket. even nothing to do with my phone on a personal base. quickly and efficient. and i couldn't be more happier when i walked out of this store thank you josh. i will be sending my family and friends to this location.

Don't bother calling customer service I was better off coming into this store and should have just done so in the first place. Knowledgeable and friendly reps here that actually help thank you much
