I was riding the trails one day with my granddaughter and great niece. One of them had an issue with breaks, gears, and her tire. I dropped in without notice and a kind gentleman willingly came out to make a few small adjustments and sent us on Our way. I can not remember his name (so sorry) but I am very thankful for him. He made our bike ride into a memorable experience for us all...

Return was seccusfull without any trouble. Got refund back in store card so could order a smaller size immediately online. Didn't have to wait 3-4 business days for refund to be processed.

Great service amazingly knowledgeable staff on multiple topics and interests. Though it's still open during renovation I can't wait till the construction is done and see the new improvements.

Wow, staff, more than one, (Bill, Tyler, and a lady I didnt know her name) went way above for me to find clothes. Let's just say I dont still have my 1990 body🤣 but like sporty clothes. They took a lot of time to find clothes that weren't too short or too tight. Thanks so much

Friendly and courteous staff. I found an olympic weight bench online that was pick up only. It was only $125 or so. It's heavy duty and great quality.

I thought about a boycott of Dick's in general, for their pulling of so called Assault Style Weapons, but there are things I need for my other sporting activities that this store is just to convenient not to. So I guess they will still get my business.

Young man that was working shoe partments about 6 o’clock August 31 I wish I would’ve caught his name such a nice kid great customer service skills did everything humanly possible to help me find a pair of shoes for me I am very picky And I only wear black, he was very patient and extremely helpful
