DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

We had to come up to DSW to get some shoes because the high school was not allowing them to walk in the flats. The store was very big. The staff is very friendly and they also helped us out. They had deals going, 30% off Plus $20 when you join I do believe. We came across these champagne, gold shoes they was pretty good and they matched her pink satin dress. Perfect.

I am not normally a person that enjoys shopping, but I received phenomenal customer service at this location. Jill was amazing! She took great care of us, and ensured that she provided any assistance that she was able.

Jill and Sarah helped me use my $5.00 birthday coupon, and I cannot say enough how super they are! Jill and Sarah waited patiently while my coupon was stuck in my ☎. My ☎ decided to move slow as sometimes phones do. We finally found the coupon and used it.
In addition to having an awesome staff, it is possible to safely try on shoes here. Shoes that have been tried on are placed in a special area. Then, the shoes go back to be sanitized after ever person that tries them on. You can definitely feel secure about shopping at the Waterfront DSW during the pandemic. I went back to DSW yesterday to use my Birthday Coupon for this year and they are still awesome!!!

I was shopping at the Waterfront store in Homestead PA with my elderly mother who has difficulty walking I would just like to mention that the sales associates Beth went the extra mile assisting us. Ann and the other sales associates a gentleman was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I haven't had the opportunity to shop at that store but they have a wonderful selection the only difficulty I had was trying to narrow down my choices and I will continue to shop there. I think they have the best selection in Pittsburgh. I would highly recommend shopping there

As someone who isn't overly fond of shopping for shoes, this is my favorite place to get shoes. I can find variety in my size, get in and out quickly, and it's reasonably priced. Now that they've added kids shoes, I rarely go elsewhere (though the kids selection is a bit weaker).

Wouldn't buy my shoes from anywhere else. I never leave with less than two pair, because the selection is awesome and you can't beat the prices. Whether I'm in need of running, casual, or dress, DSW ALWAYS has what I want AND need.

I love this place. They have a big selection of Sketchers tennis shoes. Sketchers are my favorite. They also have a nice selection of kids tennis shoes. My granddaughters always find something there.

DSW is a great place to find good, inexpensive shoes. In the last year and a half, I've bought 2 pairs of sneakers. The 1st pair was old school Converse (Chuck Taylors). And, the other pair was old school Reeboks. These shoes cost under $60. Instead of spending over $100, I can come here and spend within my budget.

This is almost a self service place (they do have helpful staff, of course) with s large selection and great displays. I buy all my shoes here now.

They allow you to combine offers so I was able to get a pair of shoes that would regularly be $120 and are $80 at DSW for $44. Not bad at all!

Great selection! Even the clearance section in the back has a ton of shoes for usually a great price. I wont but shoes anywhere else!

Some of these reviews below are pretty laughable and false. Every time I go there the staff is very helpful and nice. Never had an issue here.

Lots of styles. Great selection. The clearance rack was where my wife made her purchase. When you get lucky on those racks it's great.

There is a nice, comfortable leather chair for he-folks to sit in and read while the she-folks shop for shoes or whatever. Very thoughtful, considerate, and comfortable.
