Giant Eagle Supermarket

Not the largest GE I've been too but definitely one of the largest. The Deli section is medium size but there are fresh sushi and subs (you can even build your own). The selection of sweets is decent while the rest of the store is pretty in line with other Giant Eagles.
The Pharmacy seemed to be quite large.
Bathrooms are clean.
Parking lot is big with plenty of space. People and cars come out of nowhere a little more than usual though.
Overall this GE is perfect for the weekly grocery.

Thanks to the Friday night manager, John, and crew especially the wonderful lady who helped us this evening. She showed extraordinary kindness as we were the very last customers of what was no doubt a long day for all of them. That won't be forgotten. Best Giant Eagle in the 'Burgh because of the people who care about their customers.

The employees here are super great. I lost my hat last night & one of the employees spent at least 20 minutes looking for it with me & he ended up finding it :) :) :)

A giant eagle here located in swissvale at the Edgewood shopping Center they are one of the largest supermarket in the in the area and there's Supply food to swissvale Edgewood regent square switch on Park and the surrounding neighborhoods the prices seems to be an eagle always carry a balance idea of prices throughout the industry interrupt your corporate and private owned stores their services while go there's enough for cashier so that there is not a large crowd and a huge parking lot so you have a flexibility of parking space at all times I think we're proud to have this type of supermarket in

Glad they've added an entire section for self-checkout and appreciate the curbside express.

I am not a lover of Giant Eagle (the corporation), but the Edgewood Giant Eagle has some of the nicest, most pleasant cashiers working there.

Listennnnnn here! This place has ALL my money. LMAO The staff is nice and helpful. The store is always clean. The prices, for the most part are great. I have been shopping at this location since I was a kid with my parents. When I moved back to PGH, where else would I go? LOL And the fuel perks are yasssss! I just saved a $1 on gas this AM LOL I only paid $1.69 at get go! (I'm doing a happy dance that you can't see LOL) And they carry my fav unsalted snyder pretzels!! Edit: I still shop at Giant eagle at least twice a week. LOL

One of your cart people, Trevon, is always so helpful. He always helps people get carts and if not busy will help them unload groceries into their car

I got my Birthday cake from here was very yummy and after the gym I always get something from there Salad bar Where the hot foods are. They have a great Sushi section as well 😋😊

Love this grocery store. They have an excellent selection of flowers as well. This is my go to for mother's day and birthdays. Prices are cheaper than a florist, and their arrangements are comparable. They have a good selection of fresh meats and a better variety than other giant eagle's close by

I been shopping here for years. It has it's good days and it's bad days. For the most part all the workers that I know personally make sure it's clean and your happy even if your not buying anything. The Farther past and the son has been keeping it up. Now the lady he let hire and fire. She needs to go. She just fired a lady that's been working their for 14yrs and everyone knows her. If you go often you know who I'm talking. She doesn't like to hire grown adults because she like to be nasty mouth to the teenagers and hire old people who need a job to pay for they meds, but over work them. Get rid of her and your store will be fine. Why isn't Butch or the cute black older gentleman running that place. Been there almost 40yrs. I still giving it a 5 stars but she makes it a 1. Over all a 5 you have good worker from the customer service to the meat department.

They are always fully stocked. At times I can find items there I can’t find at any other grocery store

Nice big store. Super popular. Always well stocked and clean. Alcohol sales are quick and easy. Nice selection of beer and beer like items. Staff is friendly and helpful. Always clean. It can improve in the cart return area but that's mostly the customer fault. Just leaving them however they want.
