I like this giant eagle better. Food just food. Has good discounts on special items.

I shop there often, especially when they have great sales!!! I like because it's small and very easy to get to on the bus

I want to give a shout out to the Pharmacist Amanda, who assisted me in working with my insurance to get my diabetic medication filled that was out of stock (for weeks!) at my regular pharmacy. Kudos to her for going the extra mile to ensure I received my life sustaining medication.

I generally do minimal shopping there I really pick up ready cooked meals for work when there's no leftovers after dinner

There really are too many to list. They are my pharmacy. I get the best prices on my scrips because they are a preferred pharmacy for Highmark and Medicare as well as that they are Giant Eagle. If I need a call to the Dr. to renew an expired scrip, they just go ahead and do it.
Giant Eagle has the largest produce selection and eat a lot of produce. Not only do they have a huge selection of brands, they also carry their own in almost everything.
Then there are the perks. And the gift cards. And the new check yourself out system. Oh yes, you can get expert make up tips or even a full make up job if you make an appointment. I did for a class reunion. I looked a bit younger and had one skin tone not the usual 3 or 4. I felt pampered and got a list of the products used so I can replicate the look.
But wait, there's more. I suggest you go see for yourself.

I love this store. They had such a variety of fruit. An employee saw me juggling cara oranges so he retrievded and opened a plastic bag for me. The cashier was just as pleasant.

Its layed out well and the cashiers are pretty fast.

Whatever you are looking for Giant Eagle probably has it. Quality, well-stocked, clean and courteous employees make the sometimes higher price worth the trip. Yes, it can get crowded - isn't that a good sign!

This is one of the best stores around. Pick and choose what time you go in because it is crowded at certain times in a day. I like to go in right before the deli closes but after the rush is over.

Have gotten my medications filled for 20 yrs. Pharmacists & techs are very helpful & informative. John Aber has been my pharmacist for over 20yrs

Good vegetarian selection in the frozen aisle. I especially like the big bag of Quorn brand meatless nuggets.

Very clean atmosphere cashiers are very helpful and polite prices are a hit high on some items .
