Lowe's Home Improvement

Purchased a new washing machine, had 2 different associates help. They researched all questions I had if they didn't know the answer . They were very helpful. Good selection of washing machines,delivery only took 2 days.

I had a horrible experience with the delivery of my refrigerator, but it wasn’t the Waterfront location. My problem was with the 3rd party contractors that delivered my refrigerator. They delivered my new one and left it in my dining room. They never hauled away my old refrigerator. Walt the manager at the Waterfront location was helpful and made it right. The team he sent to haul away my old refrigerator and install my new one, Rod and Jay, were prompt and professional . They were wonderful. They apologized for the contractors that I had to deal with initially. I can only sing their praises. They are the type of employees that you want representing your company in public.

I tried to call the Bethel Park store with a question. I triedfor over an hour. No one answered the phone at the customer service department, or the lumber department. I called the Munhall Lowes and Josh in lumber answered right away. He answered my questions and we drove to his store for the help that we needed. He was so helpful and kind. Many thanks to Joshua in lumber! The Bethel store is much closer to our home. I will gladly drive farther for service like his

I love Lowe’s. This Waterfront location is a big store with a good selection of items. Great, friendly staff ready to help. If my item happens not to be in stock here, I use the Lowe’s app to order it and have it shipped to my house for free. What’s better than that? Not much unless everything was free, lol.

This was our first time to go to this Lowes in the waterfront . It was huge ! It was much larger than the other local Lowes . This Lowes had everything ! It was very clean and well stocked . There were tons of clearance items as well which surprised me . I love a good deal , with so many to pick from we will be back again ! The employees were also very helpful and friendly , it is the best Lowes around !

Got good service after the cashier played us and we waited 20 minutes for help. I had to get a manager to assist. The color of my skin may have upset the cashier but the manager gave us wonderful customer service.

Need a lot better people working there in store for almost a hour and no one asked if I need helped maybe because I’m black

Lowe’s is always the best it’s SOMETIMES A BIT PRICEY,but they are a wide variety of incredible things you didn’t know you needed!
I walk in sometimes with my boyfriend with no plan just inspiration! And the employees are way more helpful and insightful then other well known home improvement places.
And if you take a look up and down every ‘’main’ walking aisle you can come across a variety of different unexpected clearance items’! It’s speed through most Lowe’s home improvement store I’ve been too! FREAKING INCREDIBLE!
Lastly I would like to say BRAVO to all staff memes and members of the community to keeping masks on and efficiently staying 6ft apart! No rudeness no strange looks or arguments!
They had a lovely older woman come over the intercoms ever 20 mins or so to remind staff and guests about COVID 19 rules, which is very helpful and generous! Thank. You the the young black gentlemen who check me and my boyfriend out you’re incredible at what you do and the most

Home Depot is our to go place for our DIY projects. We usually find what we need, on this trip we saw items for our powderroom and kitchen. Can't they have exactly everything but they come close.

Went there extra Christmas decor and gift cards. Employees helped me with everything..

Jada in the paint department is fantastic and very sweet and helpful.

Fast and easy check out in the garden center.

Dante needs a raise. Went above and beyond for me. Rare to get that kind of customer service.

Great place to get what you need for your home

This is my favorite place to shop for tools, material, and gardening. I shop here a lot. For example, I purchased all the tools and materials for compost box, raising bed for gardening, gutter and gutter guards, sewer pipes, etc. I never had a bad experience in the store. They have almost everything that you need for almost every projects. I would totally recommend to shop here. 🤗

We purchased a small fridge a few months ago but it kept icing hard and condensation leaked badly. So when another location manager said we had a year to return it,we brought it back.

At first the customer service agents said policy changed and the return policy is only 10 days. I explained I’m a Pro Card holder and that we spoke with a manager. They were adamant so I went to the Pro Desk. Unfortunately again, the agent there was new and didn’t know how to help. She called the manager and shortly Steve arrived.

Thank goodness for Steve! He knew everything right away, but moreover he stayed with me the whole time making sure I was refunded.

Really happy I enrolled for my Pro Card and for people like Steve! I intend to let my friends and family know about this!

Clean store and they had the table saw I wanted, in stock

This particular Lowe’s has the best selection of plants of any Lowe’s. It was quite the endorsement for their butterfly bush.
