AT&T Store

Jade was the most patient, polite & knowledgeable rep I have ever encountered. I appreciate her walking me through the process of buying a new phone which was completely unplanned & unexpected due to my phone abruptly shutting down. I will definitely return to this particular store to support Jade.

The staff here was absolutely wonderful. They helped me in a tough situation as my sim card & charging port went kaput. It was even more stressful because idalia was coming & I needed my cell for work. Jazz was an amazing sales manager noting all the specs of products I was looking for & billing questions I had. She was so personable & straight forward. We were able to trade in my cell & get one that I didn't think I'd be able to. Everything transferred well before my cell died. It was really an easy deal. Enjoying this galaxy flip 5 a lot. God sent this store to me & I'm forever grateful!! Will recommend to anyone looking for service.

I had a Great experience here with Judy and Austin!!! They made my switch from Sprint a smooth transition. Their customer service was one of a kind, from the beginning to the end. Judy is very knowledgeable of all devices and really made me feel at home. Austin is an awesome salesman who is extremely tech savvy and was able to answer all of my questions. Overall I would recommend anyone who has AT&T in the area to come visit this store for your service, you will not be disappointed.

Replacing our phone at some point is inevitable and I usually dread having to do it.
Yesterday I walked into this location and was very warmly welcomed.
Asked a few up front questions about a few different phone options and received great advise.
I got connected with Tyler who was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly and by far gave me and my wife the best customer service we've ever received with any kind of purchase.

We changed service to AT&T as well upgraded our 4 phones (Apple & Android). The staff were helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, and funny! We enjoyed the experience (which we usually all together LOATHE) & are happy Judy and her team took great care of us.

Okay so first of all, great location! Super convenient to our house.
Now the reason for my visit, my husband and I are military and we were readdressing our finances to help our overall budget. We stopped in to see what, if any options we could take advantage of to lower our monthly bills. We have all services through AT&T and had no idea what we could do. Judy sat down with us, understood what we needed and got us on the phone with the right people and saved us an combined $40 per month on our bills!!! I can’t begin to express how grateful and appreciative we are of her service. We were in the building for about 25 minutes and could tell everyone that comes in would get that same service! I highly recommend this location if you have or are looking to start service with AT&T!!!!!! Thanks again, Judy!

Went into the store to upgrade a plan from another service to AT&T and it was so simple. Tyler S. if I remember correctly was the rep that helped me and he made the process very easy and fast. Tyler was extremely friendly and even found a couple deals to help me save a lot on my plan. I recommend going to see him if he still works there when you need to go. 10/10 for Tyler.

Tyler is the man! Helped me save a lot of money monthly by switching over. Not only was he helpful that way, he showed me ways that I can even afford extra accessories for the phone that still didn’t equal to the amount that I had been paying. Really helpful and knowledgeable in every way and just wants what’s best for his customers! 100% would go to him for all phone needs!

Judy is my hero. I came in the store yesterday with questions and a unusable phone. She made sure I left with a new phone for little to nothing. My goal was to simply to switch my iPhone 7plus over to my iPhone 6. She educated me about pre plus account which I qualified to get that day. She’s amazing in what she do. She most definitely need her own store. Not every hero wears a cape or battles 🔥 fire.

My husband, my sister, and I all went in to this AT&T location today and Grace helped us out immensely. My husband was switching from another carrier, I was switching over to our new account from my sister’s account, and my sister was upgrading her phone. It took about 2 hours total to complete everything, but Grace was very helpful and everything went smoothly. Amazing service at this store!

I worked with Tyler yesterday when I visited the AT&T Wescott store. He gave me his full attention, as he assisted a newer employee (Wyatt) in answering some questions. I got such positive vibes from both young men, that I decided to upgrade two phones on my wireless plan. Tyler completed everything this morning, and I am more than pleased. Tyler explained everything and ensured that I was set up with the best plan possible. Tyler is an excellent role model for his coworkers, and I could not speak more highly of him.

Grace was wonderful!! We were in the store for two hours today taking care of starting new lines and getting new phones. We have always had a great experience in the Wescott store and will always go back. The process was never frustrating we had good conversation with the staff while waited and everything went smoothly!

The Staff at the Dorchester Road location are the best. 100+ for knowledgeable, being patient and friendly. As a first time I-phone user, Ms Spencer took her time to answer all my questions which were plenty. For all your AT&T needs I highly recommend this store. Also, while waiting on everything to download we had pleasant conversation to pass the time away.

The staff very professional and extremely kind, friendly and helpful.. I enjoyed the experience..Judy is ideal of running a store by herself. She is proficient and able to run the store and train others while working with the customers. She is patient and assist the customers deciding there products for a cell or other accessories to help to maintain their cells, iPad. Awesome person

Sam and Judy were awesome getting my account set up! They were super efficient and had me in and out in no time flat. I’ve had nightmare experiences at other AT&T stores and I go out of my way to come here.

Loved talking with Jackie over the phone to set up my internet service, a pleasure and delight to speak too and brightened my day. 10/10 customer service , you're an example of true customer service skills and charisma, excited to be a customer with AT&T because of you!

Even during the holiday season, the AT&T staff, especially Judy, was able to assist in educating me about the details of my service, verifying a cancellation of a previous service, and securing the discounts previously promised that was immediately reflected on my bill. I will continue my business with AT&T through this office site, and happily recommend it to others.

Can’t say enough how Sam at this location was such a big help to me. The phone was purchased through a military vendor (big mistake) and completely messed everything up. After 3 days of talking to ATT on the phone, I went back and Sam made sure I would leave there with an activated phone. He supported me when I was at my wits end. Definitely will be returning when we need anything cellular!! Thank you so much Sam!!!!

At&t Wescott is wonderful. Julie Sam and Karleisha took plenty of time to show me how to work the phone. They spent an hour switching from Sprint to At&t.
