I recently got promoted & wanted to gift myself so I went to get an iPad & I ended up leaving w an iPad and some watch thanks to Kevin. He got me in & out, had great customer service, & made sure I got what I came for. Thank you!

I switch to T-Mobile from Verizon and it was probably the best decision that I had ever made I’ve been with them now for a little over a month and I was with Verizon for about five years and I just have to say that Matthew and Harley were outstanding!!! They helped me figure out everything I needed to know about my switch as well as going the extra mile to show me all the things I hadn’t taken advantage of with my new Plan!! If you’re with any other phone service I suggest you switch I got Internet with them I got this bomb speaker that is amazing I got two phones one of them for free or as they say on them all of that for less than $200 you cannot top that. I had an Extremely nice experience at this T-Mobile store. They are well staffed with employees so I was seen much sooner. I want to give give Thanks to Edwin & Devon they seemed eager to help me with my questions, they were very kind & didn't make me feel rushed. If I should have any further questions this will be the store that I come to. I wish other businesses would follow there practice on how to treat there customers!!!

An older customer was about to LOSE his mind because he was having a crisis.
The employee named Devon calmed him and another employee was so darling with this older gentleman
The man named Devon who helped us and a lady who helped him find a certain defer option,...were AMAZING!!!!!
The people who were there when we went in were so awesome. Super duper knowledgeable. Incredibly friendly and just fast and terrific!!!

Becky was great! I was in and out in no time! Definitely will go here from now on!

Okay, So I am extremely late on this review ! Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever received in my entire life. Matthew, Tyler & Eric were amazing representatives and I enjoyed the entire hour and half I spent in the store upgrading TWO phones ✨ You know how some people are just robotic when it comes to theirs job? Nope these guys def came down to people level and are super down to earth. I recommend them over a thousand times when it comes to this specific T-Mobile. They know their stuff and were completely knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to customer service. We didn’t agree on some topics lol BUT over all they were amaze-balls ✨

We came to this store to add a new line after a horrendous experience at the Northwoods mall location. Matthew was phenomenal as always. Everyone working at the store was super friendly and more than willing to help. I would recommend this location 100% and work with Matthew if you are able to. Thank you for turning this experience with T-Mobile into a much better one.

Came in on Black Friday and was somewhat of a complicated customer, not intentional lol but the guys stayed late after closing just to help me get it taken care of! I appreciate their patience & help!! Nes, Devon, Reek & Gage were great!

Harley is the best, after visiting three other stores before this one he was the most helpful person we had come across! He made us feel so much more confident in the service we were getting and was so friendly and helpful! Thank you again Harley!

Robert, the store manager, is amazing! He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. I went in today to upgrade my phone and add another line. He took the time to answer ALL of my questions and made sure I completely understood everything. It was the most stress free experience I have EVER had in my 10 years with sprint. I’ll never go to another location again! Thank you so so much Robert!!!!

I visited this store today for the second time in a month and have received the same high quality service by smiling professionals.
Derek, Kadra and Casey were all wonderful. I was treated as VIP. All my questions were answered I. detail and satisfactorily as I had been away from the new cell.phones for a while.
They did their best to help me. My old phone wasn't charging so they gave me all the information about the most up-to-date phones, made comparisons between them and explained what things would change in my life as I am also using my cell phone as a hotspot recently.
I told these young guys that I was new in town, so they charged my phone with their own cable. Then, they called the nearby stores to find out if they have the phone I liked in their stores and entered the addreas to my cell phone.
I just didnt want all their hard work and smiling faces go unnoticed.
Thank you very much guys . I hope you will be at the management levels soon.

I just had to post a comment on the outstanding service given by Paulina Gomez@ T-mobile. I had a major operating issue with my phone, which I had been trying to resolve on my own for more than two weeks. I finallt decided to go to the service center for assistance. And as always it was a positive experience. Paulina resolved my issue in a matter of minutes! This staff always give such great customer service and do it with a smile!!

I went in early this evening to get a new sim card for my phone to switch from sprint to t-mobile. For some reason my phone was not cooperating at all. The other 3 phones switched over no problem. Jewel and Robert stayed an hour after closing to make sure I left with a properly functioning phone. They were amazing!! 👏

Switched to T-Mobile and I have had excellent help from Robert and his co-workers! Very knowledgeable and fun to work with. Robert didn’t try to sell me anything extra and was very honest with prices and promos. Highly recommend this store & their awesome employees!

Beautiful experiences with this location always. The staffs are wonderful, and helpful. Alexus who attended to me was amazing, she took her time to assist me and was so pleasant! Good people definitely still exist!!

Amazing customer service, Keyona got my grandmother switched over from family mobile and even though we had some hiccups (all family mobiles fault not theirs) she got it done and got grandmothers bill cut in half and a new phone!! Great environment and funny friendly staff!
