Always find what I need. Good selections of ceiling fans and home appliances. They have a good deal.

Lowe's has easily become my favorite home improvement store. Veterans get first class treatment. Returns are easy, same with exchanges. I don't miss HD at all. The only complaint is that their online profile for in-store purchases misses a lot of items purchased. So I recommend always getting a paper receipt or an email one.

Our oven shorted and caught fire in the back… yay… my husband immediately went to Lowe’s (our go to for tools, parts, etc.) and the man in the department was absolutely helpful!!! We were able to get a brand new oven that was actually on sale for $300 less than sticker price AND it had all the things we were looking for. Our delivery will be within 72 hours which is great AND we received a text informing us of the window in which it will be delivered. They install the oven for us, no extra cost!!! They do offer haul the old one away for a small $50 fee, but we did decline as we already had arrangements for that. I am thankful that Lowe’s hired people to learn and specialize in the department they are in. I am so thankful that the guy (I can’t remember his name but he reminded me of Eminem) was there to help us with our emergency purchase.

My partner and I have been renovating our first home for the past 5 months and I am super impressed with the customer service here. Every time I cross a path with an employee, they always ask if I need assistance! That’s so important to me because it saves me time and also not to feel like nuisance if I do need help. Also it’s not too overbearing either! You won’t find yourself lost in this place for too long before someone offers to guide you. Plus, the layout of the place is super organized and I love how they present their holiday decorations! This Lowes is just another reason why we love our new community!

Great customer service! Helped me load 600 lbs. of stone that I purchased without me asking for help. You don't get service like that now days.

I want to thank Tim for excellent customer service. I purchased door knob and lock sets from the Lowe's app. They did not come with matching key sets. Tim spent over half an hour helping me rekey each set. Above and beyond. He really made my day!

The employees are very knowledgeable and if they don't know something they will find out promptly for you. The assistant manager Rich was very helpful and hands on.

Jen is the best. I have been without a washer and dryer for 3 weeks. I couldn't find the right deal. I went to one store and got ignored. When I did asked for help, I was dismissed. Next! I called my favorite store and was told that they don't remove the old set and they don't hook up the new set. Next! I went to this store after to work one day just to look. When I got there I didn't see the set I wanted but I had pictures from the first store. Jen saw me wondering and came over to help immediately. I showed her my pictures, she got the item numbers and was able to find it. I had questions and she had answers, honest answers. She gave me options and advice. Within minutes I had purchased my first "new" set of washer and dryer for my home. Thanks again Jen.

We go to Lowe's 5 times a week. My husband is self employed and constantly stocking up on needed supplies. He also enjoys looking around to see what's new.

Best Lowe's in Charleston! Brian is a real expert in plumbing, answered all our questions, knew exactly what we needed and gave great advice on how to do it. Same for Henry in the paint department.

The workers here are always so sweet. Most pet our dogs and converse with us a bit. Today was no different. One worker was hesitant of petting my dog. They said she was well behaved and might've been a service dog. First off, best compliment ever! Second, I'm glad the people here are trained to respect service dogs!!!

We love coming here for home improvement needs! Great staff and clean store. They also provide a hefty military discount so shopping here is a no brainer for military. Great selection of products with sales all year round. We come here at least once a month.

Love N.W Charleston store Sonny, David, Robert, Miss Ruth, and Gwen Pro team. There's not much to say for the DM'S lack of response, however, to his other stores and issues.

This Lowes location is always super busy!! They have a friendly staff and they are willing to discount an item when called for. I shop the outside and garden sections most times.

Jim at the appliances section was the nicest person and have the best customer service ever! He instantly was ready to listen to my husband and I and he was very helpful.
He shared some experiences, advice and tips on buying and using a dryer and washer.
We had lots of laughter as he got lots of jokes and we didn’t even realize the time was going by.
He absolutely made the process of purchasing the dryer and washer very easy and simple for us. His dedication to customers is a top notch. I will definitely recommend Lowe’s off on dorchester and Mr Jim to anyone.

Good place. Best to go during the middle of week. Especially if your wanting to get wood cut from their wood cutting center. if you go on the weekend you will get 1 cut at best. If you go in the middle of the day during the weekday and talk with the persons at the cutting station they ussualy are bored and will cut the boards as many times as you may need (very straight and accurate)

Pickup made easy after online order. Friendly service and loaded my items in my truck bed. Would not take a tip

You can find something new to improve your home each time you step in. Helpful staffs and with stocked strore which is well maintained too.
