Bought a new phone. Aimee couldn't have been any more helpful or kind. Second time I've purchased a new phone at this location and it's been a great experience both times.

Omg Priscilla and Valentina were absolutely amazing! They were so helpful and efficient helping me set up my family plan. They also let me know of coupons and discounts I qualified for and it was really appreciated!

Metro on Webb Ave Burlington NC great service and great prices friendly customer service and I will visit that store for all my phone needs. But I will Never again visit the Metro store on North Church Street Burlington because of the fact that they are very disrespectful to customers and they are supposed to be open until 8pm and I went by at 720pm and they were closed for the day.

Only the one lady has much knowledge but I sure appreciate her
