To the people complaining it takes to long at the drive-thru. How about get your lazy self out of your car and walk inside? Or is that too much to ask? Also, would you want to help you? I certainly wouldn't want to help someone with such an "entitled" attitude. Maybe fill out an application and start working there. You know, be a part of the solution, not the problem

I had to place this review due to the effort made to accommodate my situation. We all know these pharmacies are over run with backlogs of work everyday, something to keep in mind when placing a review. The pharmacist at this location does everything she can to be helpful and prompt, despite the workload she endures everyday. Kudos to this CVS for remaining professional in the heat of things.

The Pharmacist was rude and didn't even want to accept the Rx discount card. She wouldn't even look at it.

The staff inside are kind and professional. The pharmacist manager is incredibly quick and watching him gives me a little bit of concern that there is no way he can possibly be doing his job correctly but he might just be that good. My main complaint is trying to call the pharmacy is literally impossible. I called corporate customer service to complain and even she couldn’t get someone on the line there.

The pharmacy here is wonderful. But the store help has poor customer service. Especially the manager he always in a rush, acts like you are inconveniencing him. Very abrupt he is always right and customer are not. Sometimes I get so frustrated with that store and have to leave. Always out of things.

CVS GLEN RAVEN THE WORST HAVE YOU WAITING OVER 40 MINUTES WON'T ANSWER PHONE THEN WHEN YOU FINALLY GET THEM THEY TELL YOU THE TIME YOUR PRESCRIPTION WILL BE READY YOU GET UP THERE THEN THEY TELL YOU THEY DON'T HAVE IT IN STOCK JUST SEEMS AS IF THEY DON'T CARE

Store could use a major upgrade.

I was mistreated by someone named Karen working at the pharmacy. She was unfriendly, unhelpful, and said that I needed to talk faster because “that is the way she liked it”, whatever that means. I will never come back to this cvs again!
