Elijah and Jeanette were so incredibly helpful in figuring out why my son has been having so much trouble with the shoes we’ve been buying. They spent over an hour helping us figure out the problem and how to best solve for it with the right set of shoes. Can’t say enough good things about their customer service!!’

I graduated out of old Brooks to Hokas and they ended up being terrible. I was in so much pain 10 minutes into a run and couldn’t go more than 3 miles. Brought them back for advice/help and had the best experience. They were so knowledgeable and helpful and help me find a shoe better suited for me and exchanged it. I even got a refund since the new pair were less plus the same discount I had from the hoka purchase. THANK YOU FRC!

I walked into this store and the guy working asked me about my feet and what I'm going to use the shoes for. He went into the back and came out with 3 pairs of shoes, and one pair fit me perfectly. I have never bought a pair of shoes that quickly. I've already taken the shoes out on the streets twice and they are awesome.

The ligament in my foot is damaged. I'm doing everything I can to avoid surgery. I went into the store on Saturday and was greeted promptly. A younger gentleman (didn't catch his name) started to help me with shoes. Eventually, Jason (another gentleman) also started helping. These guys went above and beyond. Jason did not give up on me whatsoever. By the time 45 min had passed, the entire stock they have was out in front of me. I finally found a pair of sneakers thanks to their hard work and determination. Thank you to both of those guys for all you did. I will highly recommend your store and your staff to everyone.

Incredible experience. The staff are not so much sales people as they are extremely knowledgeable consultants. This was my first time purchasing a serious set of shoes with specific fitness goals in mind; and I was pleasantly surprised by their absolutely invaluable guidance and support.

Came in with an exceptionally old pair of shoes that were in dire need of replacement - and the first pair of recommended shoes were perfect. Not only that, but everyone was super helpful in making sure that pair was perfect by bringing out as many other potential pairs of similar shoes as possible and allowing me to try them all on and compare. Awesome staff and a great, welcoming place to get your next pair of shoes. They seriously care about your experience as well as getting you out there to run.

I recently visited the store because I had an issue and Alan was extremely helpful and provided one of the best customer services I have received in my life, in the future I feel Frisco Running Company will be my go to destination for running shoes, Alan should be promoted due to his knowledge of the shoes, relations with customer, and overall helpfulness. I highly recommend to come here and be sure to ask for Alan when you go!

I got a pair of shoes for my wife, they are very friendly and helpful they understood our needs and recommended few shoes and we picked one. It was very easy and great shopping experience, I would love to come back here anytime our next purchase.

Great service. I bought a pair of nice shoes there recently that began to hurt my feet. I didn't want to be the guy that returned a pair of shoes 2 weeks after I bought them but I did. The gentleman who assisted me both times couldn't have been nicer. He put me in another pair of shoes that have worked out great. No way would I go anywhere else in the future.

I didnt end up buying shoes from here but the folks here went out of their way to advise me on the kind of shoes I needed. Their knowledge of running/walking shoes was impressive and they were very patient with me as I wasn't sure what I wanted. This is the kind of experience I miss in mega store buying. Thank you!

My son needed nice new running shoes for basic training. We had very helpful service from a well trained associate that was able to find the perfect shoes for him to fit his needs. We thought for sure he’d have to break them in, but they were super comfortable from the start. It pays to get professional advice for the right shoes!!

Fantastic experience! I am a new runner and I don’t really know much about shoes. Jennifer helped me and my daughter out on two occasions and I can not fully express how helpful, kind, and patient she was. I probably tried on 12-15 pairs of shoes and not once did I ever feel rushed or feel like she was getting impatient. She thoroughly explained all the different features of each pair and she went the extra mile to make sure I found the perfect ones.

Received gold-star service here on previous visits. They know running! I was in the neighborhood and stopped in 12 minutes before they closed last week. We both knew that's nowhere near enough time to vet a shoe! But the owner still went and grabbed what he had in my size! I love this place.

Oh, seriously?! I've not been to many running stores, and honestly find them to be a little clicky or snobby (how many marathons have you run this year? Oh, only 6?) Not to mention expensive! And often the 'experts' are sometimes not that great.

This place, so different. Friendly, funny staff...ridiculously knowledgeable. I swear they looked me up and down and picked out the perfect shoe, and when I put it on I knocked 3 minutes off my mile time and floated out of the door...well, I exaggerate slightly, but they picked the perfect shoe nonetheless and now I'm running pain-free. And the prices are very reasonable, with generous promotions. 10/10. I'll be back.

Came here when I needed a very specific recovery product for the Dallas Marathon. I had called 6+ other places throughout the Metroplex and none of them had what I was looking for, so I made the 30-minute drive from downtown Dallas when FRC was the only place that had what I needed.

It's a small store, but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The minute I walked in, they remembered me from my call earlier in the day (it had been 3+ hours on a Saturday so I was not expecting this), and they even gave me 20% off since I had driven so far. I ended up buying a few other things because I wanted to support their business.
