Francisco was a Huge Help getting My Grandson a video game for His Birthday. The item wasn't in stock, but He was able to have one mailed to My place. Great job.

The points I get for the games for my son are amazing! And the cool stuff they have, wallets, purse bags, stuffed animals, shirts socks and so much more! Guilty mom here who spoils all the kids with the goodies!

A very rare jewel can be found at this store. Her name is Anna. She was so friendly, kind, knew her stuff and just over all fantastic. It's really rare to find a employee now days that love their job and she really shows it. A total breath of fresh air from other employees that you run into at other retail stores. I hope that Gamestop know how special she is. Will definitely be shopping this store again. Thank you Anna for all your help and smile. I love your vibe. It totally made my day a lot better.

Zenny went above and beyond, from the moment I walked in, customer service was amazing. Thank you so much for doing what 2 other Gamestop locations said they couldn't do. I came all the way from Cleveland and would gladly make the drive again, you rock!

Anthony at the Elyria location was awesome. I've been out of the gaming word for a few years. He answered all my questions and helped me with a no pressure attitude. I would highly recommend Anthony and his store!!

Both the guys working were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a system for my son that I saw online, but didn't know the model, not only was I able to show him what was saved in my online cart, but they both helped me pick out several games for my son. The one who cashed us out upgraded the card for me to get points and earn discounts (and get a gamer magazine in the mail) and even explained how to set it up and return the merchandise is need be.

Staff was very nice and helpful, even open the door for as I was leaving with a heavy box.

I have been a loyal Gamestop purchaser for a long time. I have used many stores and never had any problem also with the new Gamestop Power-up Rewards Pro card I have already received not one but 3 pairs of Turtle Beaches absolutely free. I just purchase and trade in games I normally would to get points.

Employee was awesome and had a game mailed to this store so I wouldn't have to drive out of my way when they didn't have a game in stock. It was much appreciated!

The prices are decent, though some games are pricier than others. The people who work there are awesome though and very sociable. This is definitely the place to go.
