Michael, the store manager is very courteous, knowledgeable, and fair! I trust his word completely. It was pleasure bringing our 2023 Subaru Forester in for service. Josh is another top performer and works both up front and as a mechanic.

Great service. We’re 600 miles from home with low tire pressure. Walked in & said it would be 1 1/2 hrs. Completed inspection in 30 minutes, filled tires & found no punctures. Gentleman explained everything to us. Could not have asked for a better customer experience.

I hit a pothole and broke the steel belt on the side of my tire, since I had road hazard warranty Firestone replaced for a fraction of the cost of a new tire. Thanks Willey

Great service, very knowledgeable, the mechanics are very good at what they do, Ed the mechanic does an Excellent job! He even comes out to explain what he's doing or if anything else is going on that or would need your attention to get it done. I definitely will always come back here when I need something done. EXCELLENT! NOT Disappointed one bit.

On a Saturday night I hit a pot hole and it popped my tire. I went to this Firestone by the old mall. Thank goodness they were open on a Sunday. It was a nice sunny day and there was Gary and his mechanic working hard. They got me a new tire and I was on my way before I knew it. Perfect experience.

Yesterday my brother and I (07/11/2022) physically went in to set up an appointment for a oil change. I requested full synthetic to be put in my car.. I always put full synthetic in any car I own no matter how old or new it is. . Took my car in for my appointment at 3:00. ( some grouchy customers in there I might add with them short staffed) When my oil change was complete and they handed me the paper work I asked if it was full synthetic because they had a rebate for a 25.00 gift card. I was informed it was not ( not their fault but the person the day before who set up the appointment) They offered to take it back and put the correct oil in it and I said no. It's a hot day, their faces were red from the heat. I joked about it being free since it wasn't done right. I said no just joking, I'll pay for it. Which I had every intention of doing. She took the charges off my bill anyway. Talk about making it right..I give the crew up there on 07/12/2022 kudos because they went above and beyond to do the right thing. I just didn't have the heart to let them do it in this heat. And at the end of the day. The oil got changed...

A tire in my car developed a crack and was no longer drivable. I was stuck on my cross country trip. I was looking for 2 tires since another was worn out and need you be changed. They happened to have sale for 4 on bridgestone rated for 80k miles and I ended up changing all 4 for a little bit more. And it happened to be one of the top rated tires for my car. Still costed me a bundle, though. But I was back the road safely and that's what was important.

This location always seems to go the extra mile when I need work done. They are always willing to show me the measurements, worn out parts or settings that need adjusting. I trust them as even when my wife goes in with a 'something is making a noise' they don't try to gouge me or make stuff up. One noise was a loose exhaust clamp that they cleaned and tightened and sent her on her way for free. Many places would not do that today!

I had my car serviced a few weeks ago. I had a problem and called this morning. They got me scheduled in a few hours and took care of the problem.
The front counter guy was informative and helpful.

Mistakes happen. What you do to fix the problem is the most important thing. I will return.

I had a tire blowout and came in for 4 new tires. Ashley and Josh are valuable assets to your store as they stayed late to complete my service. They were fast, friendly, and very accommodating because i needed the truck for work the next morning. I will return for service here and recommend friends and family.

I went to get my car checked, made an appointment online when I got there they couldn't find my appointment but they checked my car anyway. Was in and out in about 15 mins. Didn't have the part I needed but was very helpful anyways. Already rescheduled an appointment to get what was wrong with my car fixed. I always go to firestone. They always help me out and give coupons to lower my cost.

I found the guys very knowledgeable. I had no idea my front end was so far off kilter. John showed me the diagram of the front end and explained why it needed to be done in language I could understand. All I had come there for was a new tire. Thanks to him and the mechanic who did the alignment I feel much safer on the road now. Kudos to all.

Great place, good pricing. Worked with Glen. Needed a tire repair. He took me in last minute. No other shops were available. We really appreciate his service. 5 stars l! We will be back for more repairs and maintainace.
