Wendy's

This is my favorite fast food restaurant ever. They have the best burgers hands down (fresh never frozen beef). The fries are okay, but I don’t even mind. Try out the chocolate frosty. You won’t be disappointed. Also, a little secret recipe: Number 1, double, mayo, ketchup, double bacon, and cheese (that’s it). It will really be good. At least I think so.

Great as always! Fast service, great food for reasonable prices, and their burgers and fries rival ANY of those high priced "Gourmet" burger joints! Just order order a Dave's #1. I GUARANTEE you will be. Pleased. Whether a single, double or triple. I've been a loyal customer since first discovering Wendy's on High Street in Columbus, Ohio when my fiance's attended OSU! Went thru drive thru. Friendly service, fries were not fresh( tasted like they needed to change oil) but the burgers were good. The drinks were cold..

I am floored! Not only by the appearance of the restaurant but the employees! McKenzie is amazing! She deserves a raise! I moved to this area from Parma...let me tell you! THIS WENDYS! IS ABOVE AND BEYOND BETTER THAN ANY! OF THE ONES IN PARMA! The other two wendys in parma on ridge and the one in parma/Middleburg on pearl is HORRIBLE! The employees AND managers are rude! The employees are all bouncing around joking and playing and goofing off they are lazy the restaurant is disgusting and you NEVER get all of your order! I am so happy that I found this Wendy's in Elyria! KEEP DOING AMAZING WORK!!

I've had some spotty experiences here in the past with cleanliness, workers not really working, and food that wasn't fresh. That being said, the last several visits have been great! The workers were friendly, and the food was really delicious (even after 9pm).

This is the best wendys experience around these or other parts.

The service and people are real, and always hot and fresh.

Cannot speak for other times but the lunch crew from 1-2 pm is on point, real, fast, and fresh.

To whomever sees this, the lunch crew gets it... 6 out of 5 stars.

Friendly service. Accurate and hot food. I order online and hit the 'I'm here' button, wait a few minutes depending on line at window and pick it right up. It's my go to fast food restaurant for service, value and they have good salads.

This location is busy but I have never had a issue with my order or the time it had taken. The floors are clean the staff is busy but still friendly. The soda machine in the dining room will make almost any flavor drink you want.

I have been going here a little too often because the service is so good! Inside is very well taken care of with amazingly friendly staff. On multiple occasions I have had my tray taken from the table when I was done, which at a fast food restaurant is unheard of. And the drive through is very well paced and of the dozens of times I've been there, they have never messed up my order.

When I say this is the ONLY fast food establishment that I will eat at, I truly mean it.

I always order the same sandwich when I am in town.
And every time, the sandwich meets my standards.

This place has a cheery crew that works in a very timely manner.

Kudos for being the only place in Elyria I trust to feed my children their chicken nuggets!!!

There was a customer that took up far too many employees time dealing with him and his discount. Had over a 20 minute wait due to it

Ordered the 2/4 five classic chicken sandwich. Forgot to add the cheese. Waited five minutes around lunchtime so I pulled over and the nice female wearing a mask brought them to me very hot indeed. Good stuff!! 💯👍🏾👍🏾

The service was kinda slow in drive thru, but alot of people there. Our food, our order was perfect! Everything hot, and really good! So all around, great employees gave us a great dinner!!

Every time we have gone to this Wendy's the staff is always friendly and happy. The place is always clean and looks nice. The food is always good and served quickly. The drive through is always busy but the lounge moves quickly.

Not really busy, but took a little while to get our order. In their defense, there were 4 people ordering in our group. Everything was fresh and hot, except the Frostys that were kinda melted since they made them first for a to-go order for some reason.

food is classic Wendy's but my review is on this particular wendys location. the staff here are very quick and polite. im never in line more than 5 minutes and they never make mistakes on my orders. i am a very happy customer and will continue making my orders 3-4 days a week. working just down the street this place is my go to for my residents coworkers and myself.
