Conrad's was great! I thought the alignment was off on my car, only to realize that I had driven over a nail which poked a hole in my tire. I called this morning and Conrad's was able to get my car in and fixed my tire in a few hours. The staff was super friendly and efficient. I will definitely go back.

I walked in at 8am on a weekday without an appointment, Chris and Ron set me up with 4 new tires for an excellent price and had it done by noon. I had an appointent with Firestone but when i got there the doors were locked and no one was answering the phone. I had taken time off work for this and I'm so thankful Chris and Ron were able to fit me in! And the tires/install were much less expensive than what Firestone quoted me for. Thanks guys!! You're the best!

Needed a tire change quickly, hit pothole the night before and had a long drive ahead of me. Walked in at 730. They didn't have our tire size in stock, but the guys got on the phone and got over to another shop nearby to grab one. They were very attentive.

by far the best auto repair shop experience i’ve ever dealt with. diagnosed my issue right on the spot and ordered my parts right away, which arrived early morning next day. they immediately got my truck in and repaired. great customer service unbelievable sense of urgency! thanks guys!

I had a flat in 80 and managed to limp into Conrad’s where Scott went above and beyond to get me back on the road to finish my 9 hour drive. He was short-staffed, the phone was ringing off the hook, but he was courteous to every customer that came through. The guys did a great job on the tire, changed my oil way cheaper than any place near home, and got me back on the road. I am so grateful for the amazing customer service and quality of care I received. They turned a near catastrophe into a very positive experience. THANK YOU!!!!

Had transmission trouble on the turnpike. Was able to limp to a nearby mechanic who recommended I take it to Conrad’s. Even though it was 5:00 these guys got me right in and we able to diagnose the problem. They tried the most inexpensive option first (flush and fill) and when that didn’t work John worked to get a used transmission to save me money. When there wasn’t one available, he talked me through all the options. Due to the cost of a new transmission, we ended up scrapping the car. Conrad’s only charged us for the basic diagnostic despite all the extra effort that they put in. Good people work here. Highly recommend.

Brought my truck in for an oil change this morning and was very pleased with the level of professionalism from the store lead and I believe his name was Tim. The tech that worked on my truck. They are all mindful of social distancing and always wore their masks. Its nice to see people that seem to genuinely care. Good job Conrads.

I had an appointment and when I walked in they greeted me by name and had my paperwork ready. The appointment was much quicker than I expected and they inspected other things and made recommendations for possible future needs, but did not try to upsell me. Very professional.

I'd just like to thank everyone at Conrad's for the fantastic experience that I'd had with the very friendly and courteous customer service department, and the thorough work that was performed by the mechanics. They made me feel very comfortable and at home. I'll without a doubt most definitely be going back for future repairs.

They are always so nice! I made an oil change appt at the last minute online and my car was done in less than a hour (amazing). I don't take my car anywhere else. & prices are reasonable! Love them!

Dave in Elyria is a veteran with Conrads .He helped me get the right Windshield Wipers for my Dodge Van .He has been with them over 20 years.He goes out of his way to treat you like family.

We needed a new tire during a road trip through Cleveland after some curb damage. On a busy Saturday morning not only did we get the tire but Had it installed in under 2 hours. Very professional, really friendly. If we had one of these at home I would totally make this our go-to mechanic. They saved our trip!

I took my van in for a tire rotation and balance and to check as to why my front end was shaking. My appointment was at 4 pm but I got there are 3:15 pm and they took my van right in. They were short staffed but still serviced my vehicle and gave me the feedback as to what the diagnosis was. I will defiantly use them again.

Blew out a tire on the way to cedar point. These guys took care of us without an appointment. They really bent over backwards to get us back on the road. Friendly and courteous. We are so grateful.
