Big Lots

This store is great! I like their merchandise and they have good prices. I bought a sofa a year ago, and the entire sofa still looks great, but one cushion... just one... had an issue with its seams. I purchased the insurance, but Allstate said it's still under a manufacturer warranty. I talked to Steve, and he was able to swap out the cushion for us. He was very patient and professional! I would definitely buy furniture from them again!

Since the move to another location, I've (like everyone) have noticed a significant increase in pricing! It use to be that I went there for a great deal! Now somethings I look at, i know I can get cheaper some place else & even closer. Your business would do more if the prices were beating everyone else like before. I loved shopping at the old store on E. Broad St. Thanks!

There are two Big Lots in the county, and this is the nicer of them. It has an open layout and a very nice selection of furniture. It’s typically very cleanly and organized. Compared to the Big Lots in Lorain, the hair and bath section is a bit lacking… but the toy selection is usually better.

I love the store. I love the employees. Always smiling to,willing to help and very knowledgeable about their products

Considering the area of this store, I was surprised at how nice and clean this store is. Staff was friendly and a nice variety of merchandise. Shows how well the Management cares and is engaged.

I visited a store that had a great selection of items and was well-maintained. Although they were understaffed during my visit, the workers still did an excellent job despite the lack of assistance. Overall, it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

I'm glad they moved to a new location. The old store was cheesy.. The prices are fair depending on what your looking for. It's fun shopping here. A little catch all: home decor, some groceries, cleaning, pet, garden sections.

I have to return. The popcorn I bought was expired and stale. So I guess with labor shortages, check expiration dates.
Return process was fast and easy!

I like this store a lot; it's clean, open, reliably carries a variety of household/dry goods at decent prices, furniture, a good rewards card and, the employees are helpful.

This is the first place I think of when it comes to buying budget small appliances, decorations and, household soft goods.

It's always fun to shop there.

Wendy was very kind - I appreciated the time she took with us on our purchases and the team within the store was helpful and kind. I loved the selection but of course, all Big Lots could ALWAYS use more - but it is the time we are in. Thank you Wendy and the team we found everything plus more that we could want/need.

My wife and I went in to buy a recliner and the woman working furniture was so nice and pleasant. I had such a great experience thanks to her. She helped me load the chair after purchase and everything. I wish I could remember her name but can't right now. A+++ for her customer service. She did a great job!

Bought some furniture there yesterday the manager and associate were extremely helpful, kind, and patient. No need to change my rating cause they already had five stars, I just wanted to add what a wonderful experience I had.

This is by far the cleanest Big Lots I have ever been in. I also had a delivery issue with an online order I placed. The managers at this store, particularly Janet, we're AMAZING and resolved my issue quickly. Will definitely be shopping there again!!

Harry is my most favorite person there. He is great with customers and made sure he showed us exactly what we were looking for. He went above and beyond. I will visit this big lots again because of Harry. People Matter and he is an amazing addition to your team!

As far as Big Lots goes itself the stores just been moved into probably within the last 6 to 12 months it's still a nice store they still maintain it well I like the fact that Big Lots will let you layaway furniture they do it for six months and then if you don't have it in six months they give you a little leeway they will give you a few more months time. So in all it's a good store decent place no complaints

Went to big lots to price mattresses for the bed my husband and I are going to build. The lady that helped us was extremely helpful with giving us information. We also purchased our little girls twin mattress from here and was informed that if we wanted to come back the next day for a sale we'd get 20% off of our purchase. the customer service is great and I love the all around set up of this store!

Always a fun place to stop in and look around. Good deals on household items. We always like to check out the furniture too. Their easy financing works out well for someone moving into a new apartment without a lot of cash on hand.
