Staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped put a new battery in my car for me, even though it was raining! I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who helped me, but I am very appreciative he works there!

This store is brightly lit and welcoming. Joshua was helping someone else when I entered but called back to me to see if I needed help when the other customer had left.. this tells me that he was attentive and noticed me when I walked in despite being busy with another customer. He helped me find what I was looking for, asked if I needed anything else, they had what I wanted in-stock in the quantity that I needed. He was friendly at check-out and bid me a pleasant day! I really appreciate two gentlemen today. They were kind, professional and helpful. I got my battery test and was suggested to change to a new one due to the end of battery life. I knew I had to change it right away since I already had my car jump-started twice within a day. But It was raining quite heavily outside and it could be dangerous to get the battery installed. Still, they managed to find a place nearby where I could park my car partially under the roof so the hood wouldn't be caught in the rain. The work was done quickly and so far no issue with my battery. Thanks again for helping.

They have a very good stock and the team gives us the best support, they helped me in fixing my number plate and finding the best option of tools and best option for my lower beam bulb.

Josh, the assistant manager I believe was amazing. His customer service skills are awesome. He was genuinely happy to help me. He tested my battery 2 different ways, the 2nd one having to physically remove the battery. I decided to purchase a new battery and he installed it for me. Very nice and professional.

Went to this location because I needed spark plugs for my Chevy Malibu. I dealt with Alex and Jack and they both were knowledgeable, professional, and provided me with great customer service. Will definitely come to this location again.

Gent at the counter helped me get the right paint color after tail gate fell on the trailer jack. He was really sincere in helping I really felt that. Together we made decisions it was tough because my original truck color was not the same so we had to eye it.

I was completely lost when I initially walked in but a young man named Jack made sure I was taken care of. This is a great place to go and he didn't try to trick me because I was an older lady. Great Store

Amazingly amazing

Stopped here because of what I thought was a bad battery. Was not 100% sure so Alex helped me he tested both and installed both of them! I’ve been to many auto part stores and NEVER received such great service! Next time I’m in Michigan and need anything for my jeep this is where I’m going to go!

My visit to O'Reilly Auto Parts was good. They had all the fluids I needed for my transmission. They kindly lent me a funnel to help me add fluid to my transmission.

Joshua and Dennis were great. Both very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely return in the future when needed

I have been to this store 2 times and both have been taken care of by renaldo. I can not say enough good things about him. He was a pleasure to deal with and it was similar to dealing with a small mom and pop store as he went out of his way to make sure I had the parts I needed when I was stranded and needed them most!
