Ridge stuck it out with me while he cut 8 shelves for me!!! Lavera also was super helpful!!! This is after I left Lowes across the street throughly disgusted with the complete lack of help I received! Take it from me Home Depot is where it’s at!!!!!!!

The manager with the Scottish accent and the white beard was amazing 10/10, definitely a perfect example of what a manager should be. Helped me out tremendously with a dryer cord after I had a bad experience with a salesman. He should get a raise.

5* for the young man, not the manager. I love our Home Depot stores, but most importantly I love them because of the young men and women like the gentleman Greg at the 220 store in Roanoke County. My husband is a builder, we have been in this business for years, myself, I work in the medical field. We recently decided to purchase this large lot of land and build ourselves our dream home, barn, shop and three builds for various reasons. Every single time we have come into this store we have had this young man's help. He never points us anywhere, he takes us. We were in there a couple of weeks ago and my husband had been a little bothered and didn't want to explain to me at the time why, but then did last night and I was a little outraged. This young man has a slight stutter, and one of his supervisors, definitely not superior by no means, had been mocking him with another employee as he walked away from her. My husband feels certian that she is the manager, I have yet to verify if that is true. I can't imagine anyone should be in a leadership role would act so poorly with other employees against one especially that she or he is responsible for guiding and mentoring. In today's world we often blame the youth for how things will be, but let's consider how well this young man has obviously been raised up and guided to carry himself the way that he does and to do so even still in that type of negative surroundings. Shame on management, If that's how you choose to treat your employees who struggle with speech, it appears that you don’t hide your disability any better.

Folks at this store are so friendly attentive you don't have to look for someone to help you because right away there's someone asking you if you need help. Folks who work at this Home Depot are awesome. It's my favorite Home Depot

One of the best big box stores out there, this store (#4628) goes above and beyond for its customers. And the fact that all employees have the ability to lower prices without a manager's approval really shows that corporate trusts their employees. And the people who work here are on par with always being close by and available to answer any questions I have without me feeling like I'm being followed around the store... There's nothing they need to improve or work on here....

Always on their game here. Helpful staff even when it's busy. The flooring department knows what I need even for the most complicated diys. Careful of pricing, though sometimes possibly mislabeled. I've been overcharged on accident twice here. Also, they have cool workshop projects like every month for youth aspiring to self empower future contractors! You go Home Depot!

After having a terrible experience at Lowe's trying to pick out a door and not having any competent workers being able to help me or know where a dam thing was. I went across the street to home Depot and Bob at the pro desk was able to help me find everything I needed I wasn't even a pro but he treated me as if I was the most important customer he had that day. He even helped me load my truck with the door and plywood that I bought. Thanks Bob you got a customer for life thanks to your kindness and attention.

Home Depot sells awesome Tuff Sheds. They had an awesome display out front today! They can also be configured on-line.

The people in the garden department are the best. So nice and helpful! An older gentleman totally made me giggle with some funny jokes, the lady who rang me up told an amusing story about her grandchild. A delightful experience, definitely makes me want to patronize this store!

Most Home Depots are just what you would expect, and don't differ much from store to store. However, I must give this location the credit deserved because one of their employees went above and beyond to help me with done things, and in a time where a lot of companies and people are forgetting just how important that is, this gentleman did not. I wish I would have got his name so I could name him specifically, but unfortunately I did not. Good job though, guys. This is my go to when I'm in Roanoke now.

This was such a nice experience! The guys in the garden department were great! They went out of the way to help me find what I needed. Plus they found someone to answer my questions when they didn't know something. The new guy, he just started today, May 5, was so very helpful! A very nice store!

I needed a tape measure and an associate named Su helped me. He had a lot of insight on which one to buy and a humor to accompany it.

Brian the manger on the evening shift made a terrible situation better. The company that handles appliance deliveries for them leaves a lot to be desired. When my order never showed up at my home I went to the store looking for answers. While it wasn’t Brian’s fault he was able to find another dishwasher just like I purchased in the store and discounted it for me. He even canceled the delivery order for me. Thank you Brian, you are an asset to Home Depot!!

Had great experiences here. The staff is always nice and smiling, never had an issue with service. The prices are great compared to Lowes and the return process is stress-free.

Great customer service sets this Home Depot location apart from their competitors. Micah and Mariah (sp) at Customer Service helped me out today as did all other with my order. Even with their computer system issues they were all get the order completed! Awesome service!

My husband & I are in the middle of a home renovation and thanks to the Superior staff on hand we were able to walk away with everything needed for our project and one of the best customer service experiences to date.

I’m in the retail business so I know how valuable customer service is and Brian & Dan are top notch! We were treated like first class priority! Those guys couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We will be returning customers because of them!

To the big guys in charge reading this... they deserve a raise! 😊
