In the middle of the night, I had pulled too hard on the hose and knocked the device off bedside table. Water got into it and, at no surprise, it stopped working. Went to the Hendersonville office and the folks there were able to get a replacement machine for me. Love those people.!!!

The technician (Carl) came much sooner than expected and helped me to understand what my needs actually were and , most importantly, why. Carl is an excellent employee, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He's definitely an asset to the company.

Staff always professional and courteous. Techinicans very professional and technically smart; always explaining what they are doing and why. They also explain what to expect and what to look out for with respect to equipment and why to do things a certain way. Carefully making sure that I understand what I should do and why. Great company!!

I went there with much trepidation. Shirley, our consultant, was so helpful and kind. She did an excellent job explaining the use of the equipment. She was very reassuring. I was very happy with Loftis.

Shirley carefully explained what needed to be done to insure insurance coverage. When the proper paperwork had arrived, she called and she had the bedside commode ready to be picked up. Thank you Shirley; just what we needed!

Stopped in the shop a few weeks ago after finding out my old cpap supply store had gone out of business. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Very glad I found Loftis and will be buying my cpap supplies there from now on.

Matt checked my machine and left me 5 cannulas. He also explained the company's procedures in the future and that was very helpful. On a later date, when the machine started malfunctioning, he came and picked it up and left me an identical machine that was in perfect condition, plus more cannulas.

Shirley was thorough, super knowledgeable, and wonderfully delightful. Actually made me look forward to using cpap.

Sheila Ensley fitted me for a new CPAP after five years with the old one. There was a reporting problem on the new CPAP. We tested it and determined there was an equipment problem and she promptly replaced it with a new one. Problem solved.

These folks are absolutely amazing! Way above and beyond! Was just on vacation in Sapphire From Florida. CPAP went dead in the middle of the night. Looked them up online. One phone call, I got, "Bring it up here, we'll look at it." 15 Minutes, CPAP was fully operational....got some words of advice and friendly conversation. Pleasant experience, the entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable! Your go-to place for those in the area with home med needs! I'd give them 10 stars, but I only have 5!
