Hickory Furniture Mart is an amazing place for all your houses needs or wants, and if they don’t have it they will get it for you! My wife and I love coming here for all our needs and wants for our home. They have a great selection on furniture from living room sets to dining rooms sets to even a wide selection of bedrooms sets. Mike and his guys came through for us more than once. But this last time we needed a bunk bed asap and couldn’t believe the selections he had. Our granddaughters are very happy with their new bunk beds and we are very happy to say that we will be returning customers to Hickory Furniture Mart!!

Great assortment of high quality, functional and eye-catching furniture, lamps, rugs and accessories!!! BUT, the biggest impression on me was the KIDS' BED & FURNITURE SECTION!!! I've been nearly everywhere in the area and haven't seen anything like the variety at Hickory Furniture Mart. If you don't see the color you want, he'll order it for you and you'll get it ... QUICKLY. The prices are beyond reasonable and there was no pressure on me to buy anything more than I needed --- I was free to roam and get ideas for myself.

I recently visited this store in search of a good quality mattress that was affordable. I had already looked at a few other stores but not only could I not find what I needed, I was swarmed by sales people and basically followed the entire time even after I told them several times I would come get someone if I needed assistance. When I did talk to them they just put a lot of pressure on me to buy things and it felt very uncomfortable. Hickory Furniture Market is the total opposite. The guys who work there let me shop on my own and did not make me feel pressured to buy. They were able to answer all of my questions and point me in the right direction. I ended up finding what I needed and left a very happy customer! I had no idea they could do custom mattresses and design them with your input layer by layer too! They don't try to swindle you into buying things you don't need. I will be back in the future for sure! I highly recommend this store!

Dale was very patient and knowledgeable of their products. He wasn’t pushy but rather he allowed me time to walk around and shop for my needs. Mike is awesome! He cut extra deals on multiple items! Michael was fantastic ...very friendly with excellent customer service. He helped us select a dining set, but it was out of stock when ordered. He set me up with the next upgraded set at the same price. Days later I came back to pick it up and he helped me unbox it and bring it to the car. Once home, I made a mistake putting the set together and he helped me figure it out via text. Stay away from the big chain stores and shop local with "the little guy". Get great customer service and pricing at the same time. I'll be back again when it's time for new furniture 😉.

Both Mikes was extremely helpful!!! They basically walked me through the whole process and worked with my budget to get everything I needed without trying to get me to spend extra. I was able to finish furnishing my home with the help of them. Also the delivery was super quick they got my furniture to me within 2-3 days.

Very happy with our purchases made at Hickory! Mike W took great care of our needs. Went for a bed first- the experience was so good that we returned two weeks later for a new sofa. We just moved to the area, i was looking for a recliner, didnt need a top of the line, but not a pc of junk either. This place set me right up. My salesperson was Mike, he was a rick star. Stop in. Also , good signs for bar rooms👍

I have shopped here several times and salesperson Michael helped me make excellent bedroom and living room furniture selections from their extensive inventory. I strongly recommend doing business with this firm even if you have to drive a bit to get here because they will save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars on the exact same furniture other stores overcharge customers for.

There is not to many places where you can get custom mattresses. Hickory Furniture Market is a god send whereas a full size mattress would have been to large for my needs and a twin definitely to small. I explained my situation to the representative and in no time a perfect mattress was crafted for maximizing space for my bedroom without loosing area space for a mattress too big or comfort going with a twin size. Speaking of twin size mattresses I also picked up bunk beds for my kids The Representative (Michael) even offered to assemble it himself!! I declined and told him I'll have the kids help me...so they can learn. Great place, great furniture, prices match the product and its quality and great service. I'm going back for a futon and ottoman.
