Wonderful management team of Robert and Debbie saved my life in their Rose's yesterday! My blood sugar dropped so low that I almost passed out. They got me sweet eats to bring it back up, got me settled into a wheel chair while I recovered, even took me our to my car after I was stable. They're as caring, efficient and helpful as paramedics! Rose's is certainly blessed to have them!!
I had already finished my shopping. I always am able to find anything I need there. The store is always clean and well stocked with all the super items much below most other places' pricing. I will be more careful of my health when I come back, but, of course, they can expect me to continue shopping there as I have been for years!!!

After a long wait getting our sectional it finally arrived and I am so happy about the whole experience. Eric at Rose's always made sure to call and provide an update. Although delays were not his fault he always kept us in the loop for our new sectional and I greatly appreciated it. He was always so friendly and courteous every time we spoke. He made sure that we were taken care of and called with any updates he was able to provide to us. Without his kind words I would have not had such a great experience. I will definitely recommend Rose's to all of my friends. They have great prices. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Roses has been in Hickory for as long as I can remember. Over the years I have gone Roses to buy just about anything you can think of. I have bought everything here at one time or another Food books toys VHS tapes DVDs cassettes. I have even bought a few stereo systems and have been very happy with most of the purchases I have made. The price is very reasonable on most things. Most of the employees are always friendly.

I was extremely pleased by the helpfulness of the staff when I purchased my loveseat and couch. They did not only help us look through order options, but they were willing to explain the differences in insurance coverages and so forth. Beyond that, they have a good selection of inexpensive clothing.

The positives....Yes it is a not high end store but you can get great deals at time .. I know most of them around here at Roses. I have never encounter any problems what so ever. I would recommend it to any one.

The negatives...I do wish they woukd get new shopping carts these they have are worn out. I do wish they would carry more than 3 items of stuff .. such as drapes I only seem to find 3 panels I need 4.. I do wish they would get the elderly woman that's been at the register for years another position because she is slow.. VERY.. just minor things that can aggravate people but other than that i like shopping here some.

Had a great time with my mom and aunt shopping here. They were having a 40% off sale. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We got a lot of nice things today.

love this store .Its usually very busy.Great customer service.They do need more help to face store and keep it stockec.People just lay stuff down wherever.This makes it hard for other customers to find things.

Friendly people for sure. I bought a couch and recliner here and had a wonderful experience. I shopped all over Hickory and this was my last stop. I highly recommend.

I've always liked Rose's. The store carries some unique items you can't find in other retail store's. When you go inside to shop it's always laid back plus the staff are nice.

Nice people, fairly clean store, the building is older so for that reason there is places that look dirty but the store shelves for the most part and organized

Great prices, different brands daily, items you can't find anywhere else, and hours and location are very convenient.

This store is awesome especially when shopping for my children (Christmas & Birthday). The drive from Statesville is definitely worth it... Highly recommended
