What a jewel of a store, far better than anything Wegmans has hands down!! I was expecting higher prices but no, very comparable. The staff were much more customer focused. I have been shopping at Wegs for decades, and Whole Food. And if you a Prime member you get discount. What a superb experience shopping here

The only Whole Foods in west central New York and beautiful store with ample space, generous prepared foods and loads of local products including Stony Brook Pepitas of course!

What a great store to have in our area it's a little bit more expensive in some cases not all. But whaas ot it hver Wegmans is the Variety of products. The Bakery Department of Breads are Head and Shoulders above Wegmans .Katie in the cheese department is an absolute wonderful person who will help you selecting cheeses

The hot food bar and salad bars are cheaper than Wegmans and a better choice of foods The staff is friendly and helpful . The store is very well put together and clean. Its a welcome addition to the area.

Apparently, the store had only been open for two weeks when we were there today.

It is a bright, airy, large, grocery store with lots of variety, which is expected from Whole Foods. As Canadians we thought that most items were very expensive, compared to our locations, but it is 2023...

The gent at the seafood counter was personable, helpful, and courteous and we spoke with him for a bit. He was enthusiastic about the new store.

All the products were well displayed and priced. Our only disappointment was that there was no in-store café, but one worker explained to us that it was a conscious decision, due to the Starbucks being right across the parking lot. I can understand that, but really, I think many would also like to sit in the area that should have been the café and have a coffee.

Despite that, we bought two bags of coffee beans, both from local (coffee) businesses.

Clean store, great variety of products, and helpful staff. Well done.

This is a great Whole Foods. The store is clean and well organized and has a wide selection of items.

I like this place, everyone is so helpful and nice. The discounts that are available are related to Amazon prime members, just pull up your app, go to whole foods and scan the code when you checkout. There's lots of good deals and organic options. Buy 1 get one 50% off on sushi every Thursday, pizza specials, and meal specials. Another great feature is their Amazon returns area, very convenient and easy to use. When the open hours have passed, but the store is still open there's a self-serve feature.

I've been to the this Whole foods store several times. We're trying to eat clean,healthier foods.Nice selection of produce,everything looks fresh and well stocked.(You can also get non organic items if your budget is tight.) Great meat selection,prepared foods and bakery items. The entire store is bright and clean, friendly and helpful employees to answer questions. Glad to finally have a Whole foods in our area!

We drive over an hour from the Syracuse area to shop at this store because it is the best grocery store in Central and Western NY. So much better than Wegmans which is basically all store brand products now. It is a joy to shop in the bright open space and the staff are wonderful. Prices for comparable products are the same as Wegmans and other stores.

Had a nice chat at the soup station with a shopper also selecting a soup. So nice to see that people will chat without fear of superficial differences. Picked a delicious soup and moved to the salad bar. Wow!! Created a tasty, super green dinner salad! On the way out, spotted and reconnected with a favorite high school chum!

Then chose the person-attended checkout (versus the automated one) and had a lovely minute or two with the young cashier. All in all, a solid visit to Whole Foods Market!

Absolutely love Whole Foods. Their customer service is amazing, think what Wegmans used to be years ago in this area. Their produce is very fresh, almost as if it was just picked from a tree or garden. Their meat selection is excellent, cheaper here than Wegmans, especially their pork chops. I love that I don’t have to look at labels for fake dye or other fillers as Whole Foods doesn’t sell products like that. Besides their fruit which is about a dollar more than Wegmans, it’s cheaper to shop here than Wegmans. The place is always clean, bathrooms are very well kept and they have a wide selection of brands to choose from. They really try to source from local farmers and companies which I love. Overall my favorite grocery store and I drive 30 minutes to get here and it’s well worth it. Also the whole hype on vehicle congestion is all nonsense, okay unless you’re trying to get to Starbucks which idk why people would buy something only to dump it down a drain (it’s okay to have humor folks). Anyways, Whole Foods for the win. Be intimidated Wegmans. Also there’s a Dunkin Donuts across the street.

This Whole Foods Market is so well organized and clean. I had a great experienced in the meat department, a young man helped me and he was so nice and extremely helpful and I believe his name is Ricardo. I will definitely shop again here.

I went the day they first opened and was thoroughly impressed!! I saw new brands of food, endless amounts fruits when you first walk in and a huge selection of baked goods, meats, and chocolate ..etc.. Yesterday we ate from the ~Kitchen~ it was kind of set up like a buffet. There was wholesome food and great selection to chose from AND the food tasted great. I would go back to eat again, and shop of course!!

Wish I lived closer so that I could come more frequently. I enjoy the variety of options you can find here that other places do not offer. They always have good to-go food, too, although it's quite pricey.

After spending more than a decade in NYC I love the small store vibe with high end products. Service has been great for me. And yes I love its minutes from me. Rarely have a traffic issue but I can see different traffic patterns during certain times.

Deli and bakery are phenomenal. Restrooms are incredibly clean. Staff is very helpful. The prepared food section everything I've ever bought was amazing. I love this place. Only complaint our there prices.

Great selection. Their 365 brand is priced competitive with the "W"s. So far I have loved everything I have tried... quality+value. Stores are clean, staff are helpful but not intrusive. Sooo many choices.

I mistakenly thought that whole foods would be wildly expensive and have gimmicky products. I was so wrong. Whole foods is extremely reasonably priced and has a huge variety of quality goods. I intend on shopping there more often. I highly recommend. I was very impressed.

I went to whole foods to return an amaon item and the girls was really nice and helpful. Then I purchased an item and the cashier was just as friendly! I will be back
