First time buying a car through a dealer, I would absolutely recommend this dealership! Andre and Andrew were amazing and understanding, went out of their way to make sure I had my car on my timeframe. Went out of their way literally every step of the way for me! My experience has been excellent there and have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. I am called with a estimate the repair needed and get called first before hitting me with a $1500 bill and not expecting it that high. My experience has been always is a honest feeling knowing I am not being railroaded to pile on expensive maintenance orders and its all been pleasant because Jerry in service handles things with patience and kindness!

I took my vehicle (Jeep Cherokee ) in for repairs of my power liftgate. Unfortunately the repairs could not be completed due to the cost and parts availability. I appreciated the communication from Nick in the Service Department via text and phone call keeping me informed as to the status of the repairs. Another great part of the Service is their Shuttle. The shuttle took me to work and picked me up from work. The driver was very polite and personable. I was very happy I didn’t have to arrange to get picked up from the dealership or my place of employment.

This was my first time going to this dealership after doing business with West Herr Chevrolet of Williamsville for years. I wanted something different than a Chevy. At first I wanted the dodge hornet but wasn’t approved by the bank, but my salesman, Steve listened to my vehicle needs due to the amount of driving I do. He kept looking for cars with great gas mileage and he got me a wonderful 2024 Jeep Compass! The sales manager, John, and Steve both did an amazing job and they made me feel welcome from the beginning.

When having my jeep serviced, I always deal with Nick in your service department. Nick does a fantastic job of making sure I’m well aware of how far along they are in the process, when I should be receiving my vehicle back and making sure my needs are met. I have never had an issue and would recommend them for sure

Huge shout out to the service advisor Nick Guidice and the service manager. I had very bizarre issues with my side mirror and windshield on a brand new truck. They were on it IMMEDIATELY. After a couple return visits it was finally resolved (manufacturing issues, not dealership or mechanic). They went out of their way to make sure things were right and I couldn’t be more appreciative of them. New customer for life. Highly recommend!!

I loved the experience I had at West herr Chrysler Dodge Jeep. On west ridge Road in Greece NY. Sales man (raylene) was friendly he was not pushy. Which I really liked and he made the experience go smoothly and easy and fast. And the gentleman in the finance department was very helpful and friendly. And explained every little detail he was awesome

I recently had my jeep wrangler in for warranty work. From the moment I arrived in the service area, I was treated and felt like a valued customer. Christine, my service wrighter went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. She was extremely helpful on every level of the process. I did have a chance to interact with the ladies in the cashier department at checkout and found them to be equally as pleasant. The dealership as a whole was clean, modern, and well equipped. The staff is second to none, and I look forward to my next service with West Hurr Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

Had car since 8am . Got call 4:30 car done. Picked up car not out of parking lot made same sound was not fixed had to take it right back the person who waited on us was Christine Axx she told us car was fixed and it was test driven obviously was not . The person who always takes care of us was not there and that's Jerry Nash. I told Jerry Nash what had happen because we had just paid over $1500 to fix the same issues. Jerry took care of the issue and was able to get car back to us in a timely manner. If you need anything done please ask to see Jerry Nash he will make sure the correct job is done and he is the only reason I'm giving a 5 star review other wise it woukd be a 1 star review

Im very pleased with my experience with West Herr . Christine my service advisor made the process smooth and enjoyable. She was very attentive to my needs and concerns that I had with my vehicle. Christine spoke highly of the tec Cody performing the repairs on my truck witch put my mind at ease as well. West Herr will be my dealership for all my furniture vehicle needs.

It worked perfectly when I left but I feel like I'll be bringing it back because it's starting to pull a little bit again to the left, not bad though, there Service Department is AMAZING!

Chris was awesome
He was knowledgeable about the recalls needed for the car
He also kept up on getting my hub caps and the 6 mi check up on car and a few issues with the car that I mentioned.
He made this repair easy with getting me a loaner car too .
He was personable and kept me in the know with the repairs as it did take a while to get all done.

Working with John Dipasquale was so easy! I told him exactly the price range and type of vehicle I was looking to lease and he provided me all my options clearly and concisely. He was honest about the car market and really helped to make my experience enjoyable as a first time car buyer. I would recommend him to all my friends and family and will continue to use him for all my car buying needs in the future.
