Seriously so welcoming. Fatma helped me find a perfect foundation, and a skin routine for my skin. She was so kind and hilarious. It was honestly very fun experience.

I am newer to makeup, and haven’t found the best products for me yet. Ally was amazing and so patient as she helped me find some products to get me started!

Phenomenal staff very knowledgeable all you have to do is let them know the interest of whom your shopping for as a man for a female and they will get you a product/gifts sure to make them feel appreciated.

First time I had ever set foot in a Sephora, and I was really pleasantly surprised by this location. I was immediately welcomed and given help on what I was looking for and gave excellent advice. Such a different experience from other cosmetic stores where I often feel that I'm fumbling around in the dark. Definitely will continue to shop here!

Went to the grand opening and it was awesome! Such great staff here and such a beautiful store! It's roomy, enjoyable, well lit, and honestly the nicest one I have been in. So glad there is now another Sephora in the area that's close by! Great job with the store everyone! Was great to shop there today :)

Great to have a Sephora closer to Rochester! I’m mixed and often have a difficult time finding my shade but Mia was really helpful and kind and her suggestion for concealer shade was spot on!

Store is a good one. Was welcomed as I entered, and whenever I had a question, I got the answer right away.

Everyone I have talked to about this location brings up one employee in particular, and that is Frankie! Frankie is so kind, always has a smile on, and is so helpful with every visit!!!

The sales people were fantastic and I found some items I had been looking for a long time. I take one star off because Sephora no longer lets you have the tiny samples of a perfume you want to try.
