Excellent service by great employees (who deserve a raise for being so helpful). Pretty clean theater with accessible bathrooms.

They could lower the volume a bit and lower the AC when there's very few people in the room. The seats could also be more comfortable.

All said, in spite of my few gripes, this theater is exactly what I expected. I'm excited to go back soon.

Friendly service. Fair ticket price. Comfortable and spacious theater rooms. Saw Spider-Man No way home here.

Some of the theaters don't have recliner seating yet, but the concessions are modern. The best part is the staff though, I lost my wallet and it was returned to me with all the money inside.

I visit regularly and have never had any negative experiences to speak of. Great movies, wonderful snack/drink options and the bathrooms are well kept.

Know that if you're looking for the new recliners that the seats here are the older row seats.

Fair priced tickets and comfortable seats. The seats are traditional row seats and not new fancy ones but are comfortable even for a 2+ hour movie. Wide screen and good quality. Have seen multiple Marvel movies here as well as all of the new Star Wars trilogy. Delicious popcorn and fresh pretzels. Will definitely be returning in the future.

I've been going to this theater regularly for years. The staff have always been very friendly and the quality of the theaters is decent enough to enjoy any movie I've seen there. No reclining fancy chairs like a lot of other chains but the seats are fine, especially in the back theaters. I don't buy concessions though so I can't speak to their options or quality.

Staff are quick and good spirited. The theaters are clean, and the seating is layered so any long torsos do not ruin the experience. If you want a great deal get a regal reward card for free popcorn, sodas, and movie tickets that accumulate over time with ticket purchases. Tuesdays all tickets are $5. This place is where I go for all my movies!

Despite being the only one in the theater (or perhaps because of it, I had a great time with "A Quiet Place II". The theater is clean and the the staff are friendly. The theater is a bit pricier than other regal in the area though (but only by $0.50). Good sound and visual quality as expected, worth a visit if you need to see a flick and you are in town.

This theater is great for a good cheap movie. The theaters are clean. The chair aren't bad, and its relatively cheap compared to other theaters I've been to. The people are the front desk always seem to be smiling, even when dealing with a couple jerks.

Went to go see Dune and when the movie started the volume was super load, like you could hear the speakers giving feedback when the scene was supposed to be silent loud. It was frankly fainful to listen to, but I asked an employee to see if they could check the volume and they turned it down a bit. Still movie theather loud, but no longer ears ringing from a concert loud.

Edit: Went back to the same theatre to see Encanto. We were the only ones there, and again the volume was extreme and I had to ask to get it toned down. I dont know if I just got old, but the sound seems way too loud for comfort and I have not had this issue in other theatres. Maybe its because its an empty theatre and the people somehow absorb the sound normally (doubt it).

I'm not a big movie goer but when I do I like regal theaters. The staff at Henrietta has always been courteous and the theaters clean. I had not been to a movie in a while as they have gotten very expensive but the last time I went in the prices were much more reasonable.

Had the last movie of the night with my friend. We stayed after hours, went into different theaters (which have different smells) until we were kicked out, but they really didn't bother us, they just said goodnight guys, time to go. I loved how cool they were about it. Service was pleasant, nothing to complain about.

Lonely viewing of spider man. Still the same place 20 years after I last visited. That's not a bad thing. Pay at concessions for entry is new. Staffing issues/cutbacks? Monthly movies club might be a good summer idea for the kiddos.

Good theater, always clean and the staff ate friendy and helpful. Food prices are typical of most theaters in the area.

The only real complaint I have is they still have stadium seating in the Henrietta location. Most other theaters have upgraded to recliners, so much more comfortable and I can snuggle with my hubby. Wish this location would upgrade.

If you are a movie buff or do go to the movies more than once a month MoviePass us the way to go, can be used here as well as most other theaters in the area, check it out!

How the seats are arranged even when stranger sit right next to you, you barely notice. Good amount of space front back and sides. No real bad place to sit to watch the movie great sound.and when I went real clean always nice not to stick to the floor lol.

I took my girls there on opening weekend of Frozen 2, saw the show early at 11:40 am. Enjoyed the film and the theater, and when we left they actually had Elsa and Anna dressed up in the lobby to take pictures with. They havent upgraded the seats in quite sometime but it was still okay.

Awesome theater supportive of local community! Not only so many movies & theaters in one place and great popcorn but on Sunday am can go there early for church as they lease 5 theaters out to Northridge Church which offers full church services serving families and colleges all around the Henrietta and greater Rochester area. Also host special events that are best enjoyed seeing on the large screen with great sound system! So convenient to get to from 390 from any direction.

Very dead making the movie experience more fun. Social distancing is easy when nobody leaves the house anymore! What can I say; it's the movies, you know?

Movie theater was clean, friendly staff and excellent movie - Black or White. However, senior discount ticket price of $8 for the first show of the day.....really?? What is the full ticket price?? I know on Tuesdays the price is $5, but not every senior can go on a Tuesday.
