A brief and proper introduction and guide to what we wanted, any info I wanted when I wanted it, without hovering over us or trying to get personal information. Came back for a purchase after shopping around and she was very helpful and courteous. Very satisfied.

He gave us some time to make our decision and checked back to see how we were doing. He is probably one of the best salespeople we have ever worked with. Great experience with Jessica! We came in with an idea of what we were looking for and she was wonderful to deal with - no pressure or sales gimmicks just genuinely helpful. We ended up getting a couch and dining set and she made the ordering and checking out process smooth and stress free.

We had great service from Jessica. She was so attentive but not annoyingly so like some other furniture stores. Very informative and had great suggestions for us based on what we were looking for. We're still deciding on what to get but I definitely recommend giving them a shot if you are looking for some new furniture.

Very enjoyable experience buying furniture today 2/25/24. Jessica was extremely helpful and made the visit simple and easy for me. I’m very excited for my new furniture to arrive!

After shopping all day for a new mattress we had experienced every kind of sales approach in the book. Hustling, ignoring, pressure and creepy. We finally decided to try VCF as I got my last mattress there which is still in great shape. Jessica S greeted us and pointed us in the right direction "let me know if I can help with anything!"

About 30 minutes later Jessica came by to follow up. Very relaxed and knowledgeable, her approach was to serve us and support our being comfortable and empowered throughout the process. She helped us find sales prices to maximize our purchase and has been a text away as we navigate setting up delivery of our new bed.

Even when our delivery date fell through due to some kind of shipping issue, Jessica was immediately responsive and got everything back on track for the original date. She's dedicated to customer experience and doesn't hesitate to use her resources to support the relationships developed during the sales process.
