I really loved this location in Pittsford Plaza and met a great employee named Earl who was very friendly to me and talked a little about where we were from because we are both from down South and told me to come back and visit again to say hello. I did all of my holiday shopping here. Even during the holidays and afterwards I was able to find GREAT deals on clothes and some on clearance. Some of it was picked through but thats just apart of all the holiday shopping. I also had to return a pair of clippers that was opened and I exchange them for another pair I liked better with no hassles at all. The customer service was excellent even though it could get frustrating dealing with so many returns, but the employees had an upbeat attitude. The store was organized well and very minimal clutter during and after the holiday shopping. I will always come back to shop here for socks and underwear or household items.

I always love to go to TJ maxx. In fact I always buy my jackets from there for obvious reasons, really good value for money. The store is always very tidy and clean and staff is pleasant.

The only thing is that its on the 2nd floor ao you will have to take an elevator or escalators. Its not a biggie but its not easy to haul heavy stuff to your car like furniture and large pots but at the end its all worth it

Bed Bath and Beyond is such a cool store. You can find amazing brands and selections of items for the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and other rooms. They have unique appliances of all kinds and brands. You will always fall in love with at least one item that you MUST have each time you walk into Bed Bath and Beyond.. You will consistently be very happy with the high quality of your product(s) after you bring it/them home. I usually want to show them off to my family!

The staffer who walked me all the way to my #1 quest (curtains) was so kind--and my cashier, Daniel, was delightful! So, from start to finish, a good experience. I am headed back today for the larger version of this charming storage item!

UPDATE
I picked up the larger canister on Sunday and filled it with scented bath bombs. The smaller canister I filled with Dead Sea salts.

Good place for many things

Solid store to go to. Great items in stock and nice people there.

Nice store. It is upstairs. You can take the escalator or the elevator for the handicap or with a big shopping cart. Bathrooms are in like new condition. Store is bright. Multiple cashiers. Fast check out. Prices reasonable.

I have always loved this store. Great quality items for lower prices. They have a little of everything! Love the clearance rack. For $25 I found 3 pretty brand name outfits for my grand daughter.

I balled out with my taxes. My girl definitely gave me a good night after splurging on all the overstock and 🔥 deals. Great place for exotic coffee and the woman at the changing room is always in a bad mood, she brings that dark feel to the store it's missing.

I just love this store, could not resist a beautiful side table and all the items that I needed to redecorate the guest room

Oh TJ Maxx how do I describe you? It's just everything you need/want...but didn't necessarily know you wanted it. Like, oh yeah I definitely do need a new set of pans to go with my new purse. Lol. Great place to get lost in. Friendly staff and super helpful, they'll help you find stuff! Just go...you know you want to.

Had to return one item out of three that I purchased online at TJMaxx. The item was a dress for a wedding tomorrow! I found a replacement within 10 minutes that was perfect!! And shoes to match!! Thank you TJMaxx for always having something for me!!!

The store was full of merchandise that was asked at great out the door prices.
All cashiers did well and accurately got customers out the door.

Employees are very kind and generous with their time. Love the deals!

So busy on Sat., a little sloppy, BUT great clothing selections and jewelry dept is amazing! Items are unique and beautiful!
