Taco Bell

For a place who is busy as you guys are the line always usually goes quick thank you all for your kindness and speediness last but not least thank you for your great food!

I don’t know if they have new management or what not but this has been the best Taco Bell that I have been to so far and I been to several all over the states but there service was great and professional and efficient as well. The last times I have been to this location usually my order is wrong or my taco is small with more lettuce then meat or my tacos weren’t wrapped all the way. Today my tacos were portioned properly and wrapped as well I am cook myself and I work in management so I can definitely appreciate the big things that seem small at times.

It is rare that a fast food joint warrants a review of any kind. We all know why we go to taco bell ... It isn't because it's the best... It isn't because of the atmosphere... It's because the food is quick, cheap (relatively, inflation AMIRITE?), and well, food.
The service I received this time however was great. The staff were having a good time, and we were joking back and forth. The food was well prepared and not just throw together. All in all, it was a good experience. I know it's a pretty low bar to successfully provide fast food, but this time, at this location, the taco bell team knocked it out of the park.

Went for some breakfast bright and early on sunday! Ordered through the app and got everything as soon as got there for the pickup! Best taco bell in the Roc!

My kids swear we are supposed to go to Taco Bell every Tuesday recently we went to the Webster location and the manager by the name of Haley showed us full signs of racism to the point. I asked for a refund and then drove to the Irondequoit location where they treat us like human people not by the skin of our color.

It's a Taco Bell. What more do you need? We dined in, and the restaurant was very clean. They forgot an item on the order and were quick to correct the mistake when I asked politely. The food was quality Taco Bell garbage, and I loved asuch as ever.

Taco Bell has come around, and improved their food. It's better than its ever been. If you haven't tried it yet, please do. If you remember the years gone bye, try it again.

I’m from Xenia, Ohio and the Rochester Taco Bell was so much better than the Xenia one. My food was made accurately and was delicious. The staff was very nice also.

It's nice to think outside the box

I give THIS Taco Bell 5 stars due to how fast and friendly the service is. When I arrived they were slammed. More than 20 people waiting to order and half the tables already filled. Not mention a non-stop drive through. they had my order ready in less than 5 minutes and the entire line was gone, completely cleared in under 15 minutes.

Came here when it was very busy at 9:20 on a Friday night and the lady working the window was very pleasant and have great energy. I know sometimes it is hard to keep a good attitude while working fast food but she was amazing. I wish I caught her name. She was wonderful

This is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. The service was exceptional, with the manager actually coming around to each table to ask how everything was - which I have never seen before at a Taco Bell, or any other fast food joint for that matter. The food was good, as good as one might expect, but the the service and the cleanliness are really what set it apart. It just goes to show that when people take pride in where they work, any type of establishment can shine. Go here!

I'm going to the taco Bell basically my whole life sometimes it's not as good as others and that's something because I'm impatient haha usually younger individuals mid-20s late teens and they have a lot of energy they understand that people want their tacos hot and fresh in a timely fashion that's what I always get anytime I order is incorrect they rectify the situation in minutes. I love the customer service and I love taco Bell thank you for reading this if you don't get the same experience I did give me a call

It's a great Taco Bell for what they are. The service was excellent the workers were kind and sweet and the place was very clean!

Whoever made my crunch wrap supremes should teach other people how to make them. They were perfect. All of the food was good and they were really fast for how busy they were. If I could add more stars I would.

I been in to several Taco bell's but the one on east ridge road is by far the best. The store was clean the service was fast. Another thing I noticed was there bathrooms was comfortable and fresh smelling. The manager took her time and explain what was in my burritos which made ordering fast for me. A pre menu board in drive thru would be helpful because I rather used the drive thru option.

Its consistently good. I'm pretty happy just abt every time I go there. Even different locations. Nice people. Good food for the money. I eat from the $1. Or $2 menu. Swear it's the same taco as the $7. One!

Love the breakfast food and crew! They are always friendly, courteous, fast, and accurate (something you don't see in most fast food joints). My orders always have "alterations" and this team is always spot on. Best taco bell in Rochester!
