I went to the store for the first time to see the vapes I saw everything in this store, their prices are good, and the worker was nice to me.

Prices are okay and services were ok

This shop marks up stock 25% higher than other nearby shops. The other shops are only a few hundred yards away so save yourself some cash and avoid this place. The hero at the register had that grin of hubris and judgment you see when you’re getting fleeced by someone who doesn’t care that you 100% know you’re getting fleeced. You know the grin. It took a master stroke of effort to conceal my fits of laughter as I abandoned the little man there and split. I mean, I struggled. Struggle-o-saurus. I pity the fool who convinces themselves that swindling an extra $10 from someone in a hurry (or someone who’s lazy, in my case) who will never come back is superior to treating that someone with respect who may have instead become a customer for life. The competition in this space is fierce.

I do not have very much confidence in the store because I went in asking for help and advice, and was I was sold a THC-O pen that is illegal and made me super sick and wheezy. When I asked for a refund or replacement, I was told no because it was opened. I advised the man it says that this is illegal in our state and should not be sold here, and he said that didn’t matter. I proceeded to buy a five pack replacement coils for a seahorse, and when I got home, there was only four out of five coils in the box. Someone had taken one coil out of it. Since they are locked up this means it is someone who works there. I am not willing to call the store and go back because I do not have faith they will do the right thing. Really sad you cannot trust anyone these days.

Sold a broken vape pen. Pen was never used and would not allow for return/replacement because it was past their made up 3 day return policy.
