Bradley Mechanical

We used Bradley Mechanical for our crawlspace encapsulation and we are thrilled with the results. We had issues with humidity and temperature fluctuations in our home and those problems are now fixed. Q and Dylan were outstanding and meticulous in their work. They went above and beyond with things that you wouldn’t expect would be included in the scope of the work. As a small example, they noticed our crawlspace door handle wasn’t easy to use, so they replaced it with a new, nice looking handle. When they were finished, they left the worksite absolutely spotless.

Called at 830 am on a Saturday morning with a tankless water heater not working. A very pleasant technician was at our house within the hour. He quickly fixed the problem and was very knowledgeable about the system! This was the second time we Bradley Mechanical for emergency services on the weekend with excellent service! Thank you

Bradley Mechanical installed our brand new HVAC system and air purifier last winter. We were blown away by the service and work they did. We love the new unit, thermostat, and purification system. Ethan Ayers was wonderful to work with and answered all of the many questions we had. He truly went above and beyond. The techs were great and we even had them come back for a plumbing issue a few months after the HVAC install. They did great work there too and we would call them for any future work. We also are glad we are on the maintenance contract to keep the HVAC clean and maintained.

Bradley quoted me a great price for the installation of a Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. All of their employees were respectful, professional and hard working. When they were done, they took the time to explain everything. We could not be happier.

We had a plumbing emergency and Bradley Mechanical was able to send in Robert within a few hours! Robert not only capped/fixed the leak on a very old water heater, he was able to give us an estimate on a new replacement. Awesome job!!!

The two gentlemen who came to fix our garage disposal were professional, personable, friendly and proficient. Can’t say enough good things about them or the work they did. If there were six stars I would rate them higher.

Bradley came in to correct issues from another contractor. This was a new install and the previous contractor was less expensive but the workmanship was the worst I have ever experienced. This new install took 3 unnecessary months and still there were issues. I will not named the company, but cheaper is not always better!!!! Bradley came in and identified the issues with in moments. They set up the repair and sent a qualified tech out expeditiously and had the issue corrected within a little more than an hour. After the work was completed, the tech took time to educate me on the system, I then received a follow up text, & a follow up email to see if the service went well. Heck yeah!!!!! The Technician was wonderful. He was pleasant and polite. He treated our home as if it was his. When he finished his job he cleaned up his area. He explained exactly what we needed to do in the future to keep our fireplace maintained. He was very knowledgeable, and very easy to understand. Thank you

Staff was friendly, an appt was set in a timely manner, and technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I especially liked receiving a text with a picture of the tech who was on his way. A very positive experience.

I had a semi emergency with water gushing from a broken pipe. Bradley sent out a crew promptly upon hearing my dilemma. Ryan was polite and kind. He is smart and creative. He fixed the pipe and got it all working again. I am so grateful. Thank you.

Came early within the time frame, wore shoe covers to clean my floors clean, explained in detailed the issue he found, how to fix it, and explained the cost. So nice and easy to associate with. Will definitely use them again.

Wonderful experience with Bradley Mechanical and their Technician Jeffery Dunevant. He called to let us know when he was on his way. Came out, diagnosed our problem, had the part we needed in his truck and was quick to solve it. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. A great experience!

After another company came out 3 times in as many weeks with no solution, I decided to call Bradley Mechanical. The person answering the phone was great, listened to my situation and scheduled an assessment. Within an hour of my call, Mike Bates came out, assessed the situation and work was scheduled for the next day. Once my hot water heater was replaced, Alec Cole saw signs that something still wasn’t right and asked to check in the crawl space, where he discovered and fixed a broken pipe. Water damage was extensive but not yet seen in my living area. I can’t imagine how long that leak could have gone undiscovered if it hadn’t been for the professional expertise and customer service provided by Bradley’s. With extensive repair work underway, I’m so glad I let go of the first company and called Bradley’s. I wish I had called them first.

I had an entire house sewer backup. I called Bradley around 1:30 and b4 3:00 a plumber was on site. Howard took time to listen to me and my concerns and thoroughly explain to me what he intended to do and went to work. He kept me informed of his progress and by 5:00 the problem was resolved. Howard was also careful to not damage any of my property. Outstanding service.

Bradley Mechanical has been my families go to for home repairs. The technicians are super friendly and knowledgeable about the work they perform. They literally can do it all and they do not charge by the hour. They give you the estimates, which have been pretty spot on, you schedule a time, they show up and get the jobs done. Hassle free! From the moment I called Bradley Mechanical, I knew this was going to be a good experience. The rep on the phone was so courteous, answered all of my questions, and assured me that the techs will take care of my plumbing issue.
The day of the appointment, I received a text with a link to show where the techs were and their estimated time of arrival which is a nice feature! Davis and Ryan arrived on time, introduced themselves, and explained their process of detecting this water leak. They were very thorough, inspecting inside, outside, and in the crawl space, leaving no stone unturned. Within 20 minutes, David and Ryan detected the leak and repaired it on the spot!
Not only were they respectful of my property and time, they were knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I will definitely be calling Bradley Mechanical for all of my plumbing needs going forward!

I had a large amount of work done by Bradley (full crawlspace encapsulation, duct work repair, duct cleaning, and crawl space dehumidifier instillation). Overall I am, and continue to be, impressed with the quality of work, responsiveness to concerns, and final product. Darryl and his team collectively addressed all my concerns and critiques to ensure the job was fully completed to my standards. Technicians Q and Dylan, along with the Bradley electrical team, were professional and attentive during the install. The administrative team worked to overcome scheduling barriers to ultimately ensure all the work agreed to be done over a set time frame was completed accordingly. Will continue to use Bradley Mechanical in the future!

The new system process (estimate, installation & duct cleaning) was perfect. Ethan was down to earth in his estimate work and answered any question I had. He also gave reccomendations. Shawn and his installation crew were great. They worked hard, cleaned up each day, answered my questions and did a great job. The duct cleaning crew also did a very good job, answered questions and explained their cleaning process. As a long time Bradley customer, I couldn't be more pleased with the service they've done thru out the years and will continue using them for maintenance, etc. Thank You Bradley Team!

I purchased a 26k Generac whole home generator and had it installed on 24 October 2023. The entire process of the installation took two days and my family, and I could not have been happier with this purchase. Not only did I acquire a high-quality product, but I got much more than a generator. I received the full support of Bradley Mechanical Company. Their team consisted of two electricians and two plumbers, in which both teams were very professional. However, the electricians were the heartbeat of the installation because they did most of the work. And I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in a whole house generator.
