The employees there are always great! Very friendly and efficient. Despite the continuous long lines and being so busy, they remain friendly. They work hard to minimize the wait time!

I recently went to this UPS store and let me tell you, happy employees, happy customers. At least, that's what I say. Greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. When it comes to providing stellar customer service, it's important to first note that Taylor M. was outstanding. He made my Amazon return seem like a walk in the park. Will definitely be coming back!

This is one of the best UPS stores, so I’ve made it a point to only go here for my shipping needs. All the guys & gals are quick, efficient & on point! They’re also knowledgeable & friendly. I’m not tech savvy & they're always taking time to help me figure out QR code issues, shipping labels & pricing. Highly recommend this location!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. After the small item I'd shipped to my son was significantly damaged in transit, I called the store to let them know.
The manager of this store, Logan, couldn't have been nicer about explaining to me how to get reimbursement for the cost of the item and walked me thru the process by phone and emails. He kept in touch regularly to let me know what was happening with corporate UPS about the matter, when a reimbursement had been approved, and again to be sure I had received the check. I haven't seen customer service like that in years. Plus, the staff has always been very nice, efficient, and professional whenever I've been there. I would recommend this store for any shipping needs. You will be taken care of!

Wow! We shipped a legacy steamer trunk, a gift from my mother-in-law to my son (grandma to grandson), from the store to our home in Spokane, WA. Fifty pounds, cross-country. Logan convinced us that he welcomed the challenge of both packaging it and getting it to us in just a few days. It arrived in fine shape and we just unpacked it.

If it's possible to give an employee an A+ for service, ingenuity, utter competence, and effort above and beyond the company standards, please do it. Amazing job. I can't emphasize enough how well this thing was packed. Filled with protective bubble wrap, inserted inside a plastic bag, wrapped in bubble wrap, and boxed inside a series of large cardboard boxes. Just ingenious. Trunk arrived in flawless shape and is gorgeous. A treasure.

I've have been twice for reasons of my own stupidity, however the guys were EXTREMELY patient in explaining prices, process, expectations, and what ifs. My stupidity part came in with being a first time seller online and getting scammed. These guys were so GREAT in recognizing my concern they told me in advance what to do if I needed to stop my package from going out of the store. Thankfully I figured out before loosing out, but in long and short, I knew I could call and put aside my package and go pick it up. I was prepaired to chuck the shipping cost as a loss due to my stupidity, and they advised me besides boxing (which was so ok) they would reimburse me the shipping. I LOVE THIS STORE. I will now ever while I'm in this area use another location. The level of customer service was exemplary. I've been in the customer service field for over 20 years, and this is how I would expect my Employees to do things. Thank you all so very much for the incredible experience.

What a great experience I had at the UPS store! Lavonte went out of his way to be friendly, helpful and provide outstanding customer service. I halfway taped the box so he took extra care in securing my package and ensuring it made it to the destination in one piece. It was also nice to see a young man taking pride in his work and pride in making the customer happy.

The UPS Store always has great customer service. I get in and out quickly. I so far I have only used them for my Amazon returns and it is quick and easy! I just get a little bar code on my phone from Amazon they scan it till the package for me and send it back.

If you need any printing, folding and labels made, this UPS Store is your ticket to success! The team is super friendly and customer-focused. I love working with Jennifer, Logan and the rest of the gang. Thank you for your fantastic service. Yes, I'll be back (as Arnold says).

Shout out to the ups store. Not only were they kind and helpful but they really made my shipping easy. I’m super pregnant so getting around is a little hard, they helped me get all my amazon returns organized and ready to send back. Quick and easy!

Update on 5/16/20. STILL THE BEST. GOT THERE TODAY ON 5/16/20. at 4:59. They were still open and took my pkgs. God bless these guys. They are there when you need them.

Original post in 2018: The BEST service. This one is FAR superior to unsaid store down the street. Went to "other" UPS store 4yrs ago, and they closed 10 minutes EARLY at 6:50PM. Had to take ALL 10 packages back to our office, on MULTIPLE occasions, because of them closing 10 min early. Not this store. These guys will help you if you are in a pinch, and be there for you, every time. Plus the other store actually told me limit of 5 package drop off per customer, and if I had 10, I would have to take my packages an hour down the road to Iron Bridge Road in Chester!?? What on Earth? I thought this was UPS Store? They didn't even service their customers. This store at 7305 Hancock is smaller than the other, yet this store accepts ALL packages. God bless you guys. Hancock Village IS a SUPERIOR STORE, WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and all supplies to meet all your service needs. They not only stay open until close if you're running late, but they actually offer to come to your car and help you if you have multiple packages. The other store never did that, not even one time out of dozens of trips there in previous years. Hancock Village is run by Jennifer Bell. I wish she ran ALL of the UPS stores in Richmond. She knows how to run a business. Go Jen!

Marcus and Malik were great! I came in 45 minutes before closing because of a printer malfunction and had to print a return label for my package. I struggled to finally forward the PDF with the label, but they were patient and helped me get it done! The UPS driver was doing his pickup, and kindly grabbed my package before heading off.
Outstanding customer service from these guys and this is why I use UPS as much as possible and always recommend over competitors.

James went above and beyond today when I went to get a document notarized, a copy made, and the document faxed. The document wasn’t faxing at first so he tried to make a call to customer service for me! Wow. What service! He also pointed out my Busch Gardens face mask and said that he loved it. Such a great employee! His pleasant and calm demeanor is contagious even when I was afraid I was holding up the line.

Whenever I go to this store, Logan has gone above and beyond for me. You can tell he cares about his customers and is passionate about his job. The rest of the staff at this location is helpful as well and always friendly! Way to go store 4697!

At other places I feel like just a number dealing with employees that hate their job and overall have poor attitudes, however want to make a shout out to a steller employee, ERIC. I only come in this store once in a while and I have never seen his man in a bad mood. He is extremely patient and helpful. Not to only me but to everyone who comes in the door! He puts a smile on everyone's face as I have observed. His positive attitude is contagious. I never go in this store and leave with a poor experience. I hope his boss treats his right. He is gold!

Store manager, Marcus and associate, Destiny, are terrific. The store was busy when I stopped yet they handled every customer (including one who was rude & confrontational) with service that was above & beyond expectations. This is now my “go to” UPS Store. Thanks Marcus & Destiny!!!

Monica, James and Jonathan are the best! We needed a lot of forms notarized and they made it a very pleasant experience. Awesome crew!
