Called today because my wife was going out of town with the two kids and one of their bikes brakes weren’t working. I couldn’t figure it out my kids would’ve been so upset if they couldn’t take them. There was nobody there on duty at the bike section but someone from another department volunteered to give it a try. They fixed it perfectly and couldn’t have been nicer about it. That’s customer service not saying it’s not my job or we don’t have anybody but stepping up to the plate. Could not be more satisfied. Almost makes up for them getting rid of guns. Almost.

Huge selection and many discounts. I went in for baseball cleats, but unfortunately, they had none in stock (the beginning of the season). The associate helped me find a pair online and stated that since I purchased them in the store, I will get free next day shipping to my house.

I can never get enough of this place. Me and my boys can spend hours in the store. Just today me and my youngest spent a hour looking for a birthday gift for is older brother. The staff here is always helpful. We also can find good deals which is important with two very athletic boys.

The store was clean and organized. Ian, who was working in the golf department was great! He was friendly, patient and answered all of my questions. I would definitely return to and recommend this location.

I just want to say how the manager of this store made my day today. I recently bought my 8 year old an expensive bat that ended up being to big for him. I thought I was going to be out a lot of money until i went up there and spoke with the manager. He worked with me and let me exchange it for a smaller size. I will be going back to this store for whatever sports needs i might have. Thanks again!

Got a sweet deal on my GT bike. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to accommodate a tight timeline and they made sure the bike was in perfect tuned up condition.

Dick's is a great place to find all your outdoor sporting needs. My son especially likes going here for freshwater tackle. they have a great selection for men's bathing suits too. Awesome selection for workout gear and bicycles. Dick's is you're all around good place to find what you need for your Outdoor Experience.
