Ran in with a girlfriend who was grabbing things for her pool party! Great customer service! And Charles the manger always a friendly face!! Everyone lives 5 Below!!

Five Below always has what we need at a good price. We stopped in for a cell phone charger and some gummies. The candy section is really impressive.

For the first time in quite some time, I was pleased to see a huge selection of inventory. My kiddos were picking out stuffies galore. We found backpacks, keychains, hair accessories, and art supplies. Total score!!

I love this store but I've never run into soooo much trouble trying to get my hands on two of these new things called fidgit spinner... Thankfully they already knew how I felt for checking every other possible store in the Chesterfield area, and assured me some would definitely be arriving on a truck that following Friday!!! Only two days away... Yay... Finally, my kids have their very own dang-on fidgit spinners, "like they really needed them"... Lol

Great prices. Great location. Great staff. I would choose this location over many others. I have been coming her since high school and the management has been committed to excellence. Store is organized, isle are clean and neat and they are always fully stocked with all the helpful items needed for most of not all location.

Awsome store and they had the iPhone 11 case

I like this store. The employees always greet you when you walk in. The store is clean. Might not have what I went for, but find something to buy. Line is a bit longer this time of year. The people working are friendly and helpful.

First of all shout out to Five Below, they greet you when you come inside,there's plenty of cashiers and you don't have to wait long on the line. It can get a little crowded but that's ok people are very pleasant in that store and everything you can think of that you may need you can acquire here for $5 or less. I was surprised to find some books that were $5 that normally sell for $20 or even more and my daughter's eyes lit up!!! she was so happy and there wasn't enough things for her to look at, she was quite overwhelmed but all in all I had a great experience in this Five Below store. You must be careful in terms of what you pick up, and really make sure that whatever it is that you want it's not that it's $5 which adds up very quickly if you keep picking up things that you may not need.

Love this place. Not only is the store in impeccable condition every time I stop in, the staff is always helpful and available for assistance. Like today, when I OBVIOUSLY needed a basket, one of the nice young ladies noticed and brought it to me before I realized I was overloaded...it really is the LITTLE things that make a difference in your day! ♥ Great Job Hancock Team

Love this place! Great items, great staff, easy returns, and they always have more what I want and I end up spending more than expected. That's ok because it's great stuff. The lines are fast and i have never once heard an unhappy child in that place. It's like a candy store for everybody but with sparkles and glitter. Love it! They even had Anime items👍😻. This made me very happy!!!!!! Love the electronics and the cool variety of makeup and clothing and shoes they have. The best is buying a pair a pair of boots for $1 on clearance! This place rocks!

This location is by far my favorite 5 Below! Every time you walk in EVERYBODY greets you with "welcome to 5 Below" or something to that nature.. The store is always clean and organized... AND if/when you buy any electronic cord from there it has a lifetime warranty!

Clean, organized and friendly staff. A little far from our home but this is our go to 5 and Below when we are passing the area. Also conveniently located next to a Burlington, a Tuesday Morning and close to our favorite Hobby Lobby.

Of all the Five Below stores in the area this is the cleanest and best-organized. The staff is always helpful and cheerful. The ones near the malls tend to look like a storm just hit.

I mean 5 bucks or less.. you cant expect much. The cashier, who I guess is Australian, was super nice, very personable in a short time, others were making slime with customers kids, over all great environment.

Great place to give your kids some cash and teach them the value of money. They have a wide variety of products and I love it as well. Great place to get some of my small exercise gear!

The workers are always so nice and fun to talk to; the person with short blonde hair and glasses that worked today is amazing

Awesome store! Had great cool stuff and when we can't find something they have great service. This location is way better then the other locations with rude snooty employees. Couldn't get better! I definitely recommend this Five Below location.
