Food Lion

Overall this store is very well stocked and even has a special room for organic produce and healthy drinks. I was very pleased how I could use my coupons from Farmville VA and easily use them at this Midlothian VA location today. I liked how this store is very organized, and aisles are prominently labeled to make finding merchandise easier for customers!

Generally ,the store has whatever the household needs when it comes to food and groceries, good quality with reasonable prices especially if have a VIP card, even you can have a reward for shopping there, on top of that a good customer service.

I love this store! The sales associates are always so incredibly helpful and nice. Never have a problem finding what I want and I can easily walk this store without getting totally exhausted. Thank you my Food Lion!!

Favorite food lion everyone is friendly ,it's clean, and almost never out of stock of the things I want or need.

Tamala is absolutely wonderful! I've never seen her just standing around or in a bad mood she greets everyone with a smile, sparks conversation, and continues until you are out the door. With a big family, my hands and cart are always full, and many times, she has either helped load the groceries in my car or helped another employee do so. I've also watched her train new employees, and she makes them feel confident at what they are doing and stands by their side for support. All of the other staff that I've interacted with the past few years have also been very friendly and helpful even amongst eachother you can see that they are a great team. Regarding the store, it is always maintained, stocked up, clean, and has many selections that you would not find at competing stores.

I always enjoy my trips to food lion. It's very clean and the employees are super nice. They are never too crowded and have the items I need even when no other stores has it. That have a sale on meats every Tuesday ( I love it).

My local Food Lion! Easy to shop, always clean and has what I need. The employees are nice too - you can tell they like their jobs! We love their bakery section! Get the coconut custard pie when you see it.

I always find the best deals on meat at Food Lion. Along with their wonderful sales and their Shop & Earn Program, our family is able to save money and also eat options we normally couldn't afford.

Has everything I need.

What a grocery store is supposed to be.

This Food Lion has been great. The renovations have taken some time to get used to. I still find myself lost, after 20 years you get used to a layout :) The staff are friendly, location is great, and prices are good. They have done a good job keeping the parking and building up to date and clean.

I live close by and visit this store 3 - 4 times per week. It is clean and organized and everyone is friendly. My family moved her about 15 years ago and that wasn't the case then. The current management has turned things around and it is my go-to store.
Looking at the bigger picture, prices at Food Lion have come down in the last few years. I used to be a Kroger customer and I don't ever go into Kroger any longer. Kroger is overly large and there prices are extremely high. Within 4 miles of my home, I have access to 7 grocery stores and this is my choice.

During this covid19 period this has been the go to store. Never crowded, get in and out very easily. Stock of food and other things has not been a problem. Cashier's are very friendly and management is keeping the store clean.

Looks like it was recently renovated and reorganized! Very nice and helpful staff that work there! You can find just what you need. I mean it's Food Lion most people know where the things are but some food lions are usually disorganized well they fix that here!

This particular FL is staffed with some of the most friendliest staff around - especially the closing manger. I've been there twice in the last couple of weeks, and each time I visit, I ask myself, why do I pay more at other stores when this store has the same products with a better staff.

Not as fancy as Publix or Kroger. And it doesn't have the Gourmet or rare that you can find at both of those stores. However, Food Lion is a great grocery store with great prices. I can easily find everything I need and get in and out quickly. Just remember to use your MVP card.

They did a great job with the remodel. The the building is the same size but they made great use of the space. I like the new produce section.

They were fully stocked and had all I needed 2 days before a major storm was supposed top come through our area. Friendly associates, quick service, fully stocked and convenient location = A+
