Never had a bad experience here. If you are lucky enough to be there when the manager is in and you have questions, you will not be dissapointed. I am a little bit older with young kids, so I need lots of help in this area and he always looks out for me. You can tell he loves his job, and really knows his stuff. I would like to think I am special, but he treats everyone amazing whenever I am in the store.

The staff there are beyond awesome! They go out of their way to help you in every aspect! Wouldn't shop for gaming stuff anywhere but here.

These guys rock, they know thier stuff. Live coming in here. I always leave happy.

This GameStop is by far the best in the area. The manager has been around for a while, and knows all of his customers. The customer service provided in this little box of a store is reminiscent of old school customer service. Every team member follows the managers lead and it creates an old school, family, vibe. They remember you, your children, and genuinely care. GameStop will be one of those retailers people will look back one day and miss, like blockbuster, so take advantage of them while they are here. This is the one to support on Hull. The older one by the other Wally World is a Dweebsville with attitude, but I’ll leave that review in their box.

The customer service and staff knowledge are second to none. Always friendly and informative. For gaming purchase and information, this is the place to go.

People in here, treat you right! If you should get to know some of them, +( say you like a certain show, anime, or game,)+ they'll keep a note and either call yOu or leave it in the office for You.

Employee was very helpful and sweet to my daughter (9yrs old) when she approached him with a question. He looked up what she asked and also showed her some other options and even pulled his personal phone out to try and help her find what she was looking for.

I will go out of my way to give this store my business, why?

1.Chris, the manager, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He knows gaming , and how to recommend a product that will meet your needs or that of your child.

2. The staff are genuinely good people, all customer focused.

3. They will help you get the best value for your trade ins and make you aware of their best deals.

4. Power up rewards, I know these are consistent across the stores, but Chris is sure to make sure that you make the most of your points and update you on any and all new benefits.

Chris Bowman has top notch skills in customer service and has no need to push product because you can tell that he has the customers best interest in mind every visit. Extremely personable and very relatable. It is really hard to find a retail employee of his caliber either due to RETAIL BURNOUT or just a lack of competent motivated people that are willing to serve their customers to the best of their ability. I really appreciate his attention to detail and his savvy. Thank you for your good service Chris Bowman.

I think I come into this GameStop weekly if not daily. Alex, Chris and the entire team (I’m bad at names I’m sorry) are just absolutely wonderful. I look forward to going into this GameStop and REFUSE to go to any other GameStop unless I absolutely have too. This team is amazing.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. It’s so nice to walk into a store and get a wave and my name called. It’s refreshing every time and makes me excited to be there and support the staff!

Employees are always very friendly and very helpful. They remind you to bring things in for points on purchases and they helped me with what was online and with reserved items for future purchases/deals. They do price match but they seemed to be the same as Walmart and Target.

Excellent customer service at this store, absolutely excellent. I bought a used game and the disk was defective. The two gentlemen at the store addressed the issue perfectly and helped me on my way. Even had a chance to talk about motorcycles for a bit. Awesome!

Chris was a huge help in my first experience in their store! He definitely deserves quite a few raises and then some. To choose 1-10 chances of returning would be off the 1-10 scale. Best and friendliest gamestop I've been too!

Okay as I have said this before and many reviews of GameStop I think that this company and employees are very overlooked because hands down I have never been to a GameStop that has not had excellent and I mean excellent customer service the employees are very knowledgeable of everything that's in the store they're always willing to help the first thing that comes out of their mouth when you walk in the store all around it's a great company great customer service wonderful employees the stores are always clean they're always in nice shape they always have what I'm looking for and even if I could find the deals cheaper somewhere else I will always go to GameStop because of their excellent customer service and never fails and I will continue to go there forever

Associate, Erin, was very helpful. I had plenty of questions and he was able to answer all of them. Store had great deals, and was really tidy and neat!

The best place to come for Games! Everyone here is very personable and the store manager Chris remembers his regulars by name. I don’t normally like big businesses like GameStop but this store is a huge exception.

Employees are always very informed, happy you help, and eager to help you find a product new or used - even if it's at another store. Great experiences every time.

Love the store and the friendly day time staff person. I'm terrible with names but she was a very nice redhead that was very good at accommodating my needs

Always a good place to go when looking for games and special deals, I have been a loyal customer since 2012. It can be a bit pricy especially for the newer systems and their games but for what I go in there for you can't beat it. 4 games for $10, or buy 2 pre-owned and get 1 free really go a long way. Already saved over $250 just this year.
